Was here at the Joliet facility from 4pm to 7pm. Kids hadn?t ate since a little after they got out of school. We ordered food... at 5pm. I ordered 2 medium wings and 2 pieces with no sauce (for a 3yr old) and 2 large pizzas. 1 sausage and 1 cheese. We askedhow much longer was it going to take for the food at 550.We were told it was because of the wings, that was taking so long butcouldn?t give a time frame. Food came out at 620. Wings came out, no 2 wings for the 3 yr old there was a total of 3 kids & 3adults. Wings were for the adults other than the 2 sauce less. The wings came out first despite being told it was the reason forthe hold up. Then they bring out 1 pizza half was cheese and the other half was sausage. Had my order wrong. The boy took thepizza back and we never saw another. I went to the manger and he had the nerve to ask which pizza did I want. I told him at thispoint cancel it we would go get pizza somewhere else. It was already 7pm at this point and kiss were starving. He gave me areceipt showing he took off the pizza but he never asked for my card to swipe for the refund and I still haven?t received thefunds. Never will go back to Joliet. Staff was trash! The atmosphere was great! The kid's games were great, and the amount of times Chuck E Cheese came out to interact with the kid's... was awesome as well. No complaints with any of these things. My only problem was the food. The pizza was burned, hard cold likeit had set for a while. The salad bar was horrible everything on there was rotten or expired. All the salad dressing were nogood, expired.I wouldn't waste my money on it. I actually requested my money back. My food was delivered to the wrong table ittook them an hour and a half to finally get it to us. When it did arrive it was cold as well. But other than that the kid'sreally enjoyed themselves and that's all that really matters. Read more
Clean, fun, reasonably priced and food is good! All teens working (kinda lazy and talking alot not really paying attention to... what they should be, didn't see any adult (s) and no one was smiling. And not one person checking kids before and after wakingin for safety. I worked at Chuck E. Cheeses when I was a teen so I remember the standard to be upheld there, definitelydifferent now. Read more
We took our daughter here for her 6th birthday last night. She had a blast. Which was worth it in the end, but the food... experience was bad. We ordered the boneless buffalo wings and got 9 nugget sized bites for 16.45. I was completely shocked onhow small this was for the price. Also a tiny personal pizza the size of a paper plate. That too way over priced. And just those2 items took just about an hour to get to our table, and that was only because I asked where our food was. We spent 99.09 onthis and after my kids playing games for an hour winning tickets, they walked out with 2 mini blow pops and a plastic ring.Sooooo not worth what we paid. Very disappointing. So, after saying all that. I would save your money and find somewhere elseyou get more bang for your buck. Read more
The little one enjoyed her time and loved all of the games. We all enjoyed the food, pepperoni pizza with a cheesy crust. The... only thing that was unpleasant was that the restrooms were both down and the employees were did not inform us. Thankfully forus, we had two adults in our group so the little one could plan while we took turns going to the gas station to use therestrooms there. Read more
3 star since we all exited the building with kids without anyone checking on us , Chuck e Cheese used to have this hand stamp... system for kids safety I am disappointed that they got rid of it. Other than this it is better if you guys place at least a fewhand sanitizer stations between game machines. We ordered stuffed crust cheese pizza it was delicious. Machines were allworking and we went there Monday night, I love that it wasn't busy at all so we get to play whatever we want without waiting .Kids had so much fun . Game prices and the pizza cost was fair but I wonder why drink cups are overpriced. Read more
Area was clean need to offer more deals 11.00 for salad bar with limited options is high out of many prize options even though... it looks like they are available pizza was not good not sure what type of crust they are using will eat before next time andjust play games there Read more
