I've been here more lately and I love their chicken, either the strips or grilled sandwich. My husband loved the seasonal... cheddar curd burger and has gotten pot roast before. The fries are hot and crispy and there is a good selection of ice creams. Very clean as well. Read more
I frequent this location quite a bit. Recently the customer service and food are disappointing. Today, I ordered cheese fries... and a strawberry lemon ice cooler. I received burned fries and some kind of Peach drink with dairy, which I cannot consume. Awaste of time and money. Perhaps, instead of chatting and giggling, the cashiers should pay a little bit of attention to whatthey're serving. Read more
It seems more often than not this location microwaves food to be served as fresh. Cheese curds should be crunchy not soft and... steaming from the center. The burger patty?s are made several hours in advance. After getting food poisoning from here I don?trecommend. This location is struggling so hard they have to put signs to not add sugar to the tea for employees to remember it?snot about the quality of food it?s the profit. Call for a refund they said they will remake my food lol why would anyone want togo back to a place that made them sick. This patty clearly sat so long on the bun the once seared layer started to separate fromthe meat. Give people the rightful money back! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I?ve opted out of getting a chip on my Visa card because of the many... malfunctions. Well I get in line today and was turned away because my card did not have a chip. The ?manager? named Ashley wasflat out disrespectful and comes off as highly unqualified and very unprofessional. She had no clear answer or solution for meas a customer. They should have a sign up instead of wasting customers times. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Read more
