I've been using them for like 6 months. No problems never. The only thing that gets me super p***** is cheap a** customers who... get their car dried and don't tip. If u don't have atleast 2 bucks to tip, dry it urself. Read more
I've had my pass for about a month or so. Not to pleased with the place. There's never enough people. Come in one day your car... may get sprayed before entering. Then days not. I'm canceling my service. My car looks worse as it goes in. The people dryingthe car are no good. Read more
Delta sonic as a whole is a terrific car wash and I wish I could give 5 stars but the self serve vacuums never work and it... smells horrible in the car wash. Delta sonic gets 5 stars just not the joliet location. Read more
They went above and beyond for me, more than many businesses today would ever do! 10/10 highly recommend! Jesse the manager was... amazing, compassionate, personable, and exemplified the best possible customer service i could have received. My car was awfuland it looks new! Thank you to you all again!! They only had one attendant wiping off cars after the car wash. And it was backed up to the point of getting out of the car... wash. So I could not get the outside of my car wiped down to avoid water spots. Did the interior clean service as well. They dida horrible job vacuuming, and did not dust most of the dash... The windows were still dirty on the inside and outside as well.When I went to walk up to my car when it was finished the entire interior of the driver's side door was clearly not touched. Youcould see dirt spots everywhere. The attendant said they don't clean that part. But the other three doors they did. What??? Alsohave some scratches on the bottom part of where my trunk opens...just great... Last time I went results were similar but Ifigured I would give them another chance. Sorry I drove out of my way to have them clean my SUV. Could have done a better job athome and still will have to clean it when I get home after today. Read more
I had two cars washed here. My first car was cleaned and no damages occur. I was impressed with their job and brought the second... car after week only to have interior console arm area damaged. My only candid advise to people is to take pictures of their carsinterior and exterior out prior services and make their service manager aware of prior damage. I recently purchased membership from them , amazing how I get unlimited interior and exterior cleaning service for my car for... only $36 a month. I used to pay more than $50 for one time cleaning. Most of the time I receive my car spotless clean and I amvery picky. Workers are helpful , please don't forget to tip them !!! Read more
Got the unlimited and supposed to be the best wash they offer with brushes. I went through twice and my vehicle is still dirty... and supposed to have tire shine and never got that. A waste of money every month. I definitely wouldn?t pay $17-$22 just for asingle wash if my life depended on it. Read more
