This is my 3rd time here and the service, food, and overall experience keeps getting worse. I appreciate the manager/owner... apologizing each time but when you're forced to order via app and get cold looks from employees here and burned or mistakeridden food order, the apology means nothing. This is the SLOWEST d&d I?ve ever been too. Rude and stand around on their phones.

Every morning I place an order on my Dunkin app, I get to this particular Dunkin and my order is never complete! My coffee is... sitting there and I?m missing the other half of my order. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is have your COMPLETE order ready,so when you get there you grab your order and go. I will NEVER order from this location again! Read more
The kid that works there seems annoyed with people. I couldnt catch his name, but he's the caucasian guy. Literally i asked for... a straw and he deadass took the wrapper off my straw, touched the straw with his hand and gave it to me. I went here yesterday and the service was awful. There was no line and I waited for my order to be taken accept the two boys... working where very slow and could not be bothered. The boys kept having a conversation and were each making a drink- bothpainfully slow. I walked out and not a care was given. Seems like the same two workers are responsible for the rest of thereviews on here. Read more
Legit the slowest service I've ever received in my life. The manager would only take orders, leaving his only employee to... practically fend for himself. It seemed like the employee was freshly hired, or neither of them gave a bother but holy heavens,it doesn't take 20+ minutes to make a latte. Read more
I mean, it's a Dunkin. So you're already rolling the dice on how anything will taste. I suggest ordering ahead and you may... POSSIBLY not have to wait 26 minutes for two regular coffees. But you never know. The owner is the nicest man but also the onlyperson working 99% of the time. Read more
