Food is good but some employees need retraining in customer service
Came at a very busy time it seems on a Saturday afternoon...over 25 minutes for a sub seems extensive! Ordered a giant Chipotle... cheese steak and one half was made different than the other...not sure how that is possible but kind of disappointed for timespent and price paid! Read more

Better than Subway and Jimmy John's. Meats are sliced fresh for every sandwich they make. Line was long but moved quickly.
Employees always closes store down early. No complaints about the food but please change the time if you're not willing to stay... open till advertised hours. Very poor operation. This is 4th time in last 3 to 5 weeks I walked out empty handed. All 4 times itwas between 7:30 to 8:00 pm. Really disappointed. Read more

There was a misunderstanding between me and the person who took my order, instead of #16 she started to get ready #6 which I... corrected right away . Her attitude and how she rolled her eyes at me on simple misunderstanding would make this review 1 starbut Amber who was at the register handled the issue very well , apologized and corrected right away with a smile the whole time.Also the sandwich was delicious, so thank you.
