I was told the pizza here was a must try. I like to hear from others about places I may not tend to try on my own, so at least I... have an idea what to try once I get there. I finally got a chance to get here, and decided on trying the deep dish pizza. I gotthe sausage and pepperoni with extra sauce. First look and it's not your normal deep dish. The sides of the crust aren't builthigh, he sauce isn't on top, it gave more pan than do dish. However, that is neither here nor there, because that same crustgave a while different thinking to deep dish crust. From the first bite, it's not overly hard as you would imagine a deep dishhaving to be to support the toppings. Instead your greeted with a soft almost bread stick pull of crust that caught me offguard. I expected a crunch and was met with softness that was interesting but fit the pizza. The sauce was a great tomato bedfor the rest of the toppings to reside on. The cheese pull was nice, with no feeling it was undone. The sausage and pepperonidefinitely felt and tasted great with the right spice blend. Then once you make it to the outer rim of the crust, you getintroduced to that crunch of a deep dish you expect. Everybody we interacted with was attentive and focused on making sure everything was better than expected. The food was... wonderful. The atmosphere was really nice as well and certainly matched the quality of food and service. This is definitely arestaurant that will not disappoint. Read more
Food was good as usual except for garlic breadsticks. It was just French bread with stuff on it which even though we said we... didn't like it and we didn't eat it they didn't take off. Not a big deal for them but now it is for me. Just a small piece ofbread that was more important than customer satisfaction. Read more

Maurie?s Table has been around for decades and withstood time. My family as well as many others I?m sure have been raised up... going to the family-friendly pizza joint. My grandparents continue to sit in the same booth every night except Monday onlybecause they?re closed. Make sure to tell them hello when you see them. The pizza is unique to the place and delicious and theywill make it any way you want it. The mini beef roll is also a recommendation I?m confident to make. Passing through and googled pizza and this place came up. Was extremely happy with the Deep dish pizza and staff. We got there... about 815 and they close at 9. I told the waitress that we will order quick so we didn't have to keep them. She told us not toworry. We asked her what to order. She recommended the Deep Dish Supreme, which then she said it will take 45 minutes to bake. Ifelt bad for coming in so late, but she insured me is wasn't a issue. The pizza came out perfectly cooked and at 9PM ( closingtime) I asked for a box to take it with me, she said no... We need to eat it here.. Wow what a great surprise.
