Stayed in drive-through line for 40 min. They took the order and while i was paying the manager was stating I was over charged... to the person at the window, but she still took my card and ran it anyway ! I didn?t say anything because we were already hungryand just wanted our food. Next we get to the pickup window and I get all the food COLD. I ordered a meal, didn?t get the fries.Kids meal didn?t get the apple slices, asked for 20 piece nuggets, I received 10 pieces with no sauce that I had asked for. Absolutely horrible to say the least. Stopped in this evening was in the drive thru and was informed they were only taking cash... payments or you can come inside to use a card. We went inside and waited 30 minutes for our food. After waiting 30 mins we wereinformed when they handed us the food that they did not have chocolate shakes (you didn't realize this over the course of thelast 30 mins we were waiting) okay whatever move on. Get home and the food is disgusting, the fries are cold and hard thechicken nuggets taste dried out and old. Not to mention no straws, napkins or sauce for the nuggets, absolutely disappointing.This is the closest location to my house and my experiences over the last couple months have been less than desired. If I could give this McDonald's on Cass Street in Joliet zero Stars I would!!!!! The worst McDonald's I've they tell me to pull... ahead and they'll bring the food outever been to!!!!! They didn't repeat the order when they took it so when I got to thewindow to pay I asked them to repeat it nothing was right! The guy came and said oh we made it exactly how you wanted it toldme how they made it so I'm at the window for like 10 minutes talking to this lady cars piled all up behind me!!!!!! Then theytell me to pull over a and I'll bring the food out!!!!!! Cost me another 7 minutes!!!!!! I clearly told them no onions onionson every every Burger!!!!!! Buns are hard as I don't know what it seems like they're stale laying on a counter!!!!!!! Has 2 drive thru's but only one person taking orders so what's the point! Also most people at the pickup window are ok but most... everyone that's at the pay window is as friendly as a rock, if I say thank you just say your welcome or some response. Can alsorepeat your order quickly to know I'm paying for the right one. Read more
Terrible service. Every McDonalds I've ever been to allows truck drivers to order at the drive thru by walking up. So even if... I ordered on the app for takeout, and pay for it, they wouldn't serve me unless I have a car. There's plenty of otherMcDonalds, forget this one. Read more

We where 15 mints B4 10pm we where taking long for our order on the app. While that the employee where watching n told us that... the lobby close at 10. We where already in trying to be order on the appm the guy with cool rings he look Hispanic only speakEnglish but all staff speak Spanish so i felt they where in a hurry to leave or something.
