This location has fast curbside pickup (after ordering in the app). The reason for 1 star being removed is because we ordered 2... McRibs with all that gooey BBQ sauce, and we did not receive even 1 napkin. LOL We found this hilarious but inconvenient withall the McRib sauce. Otherwise, we visited for curbside pickup 2x in 2 days and the orders were accurate and tasty. Read more

More training needed or something. Close down re train or re hire the food quality is horendous and orders are always wrong just... ordered 3 meals all were wrong or of bad quality my sons chicken nugget meal ended up having a burger loaded with the mostjalapeños I've ever seen with weird white sauce all over my wife's 2 cheesburger meal the bread was stale and hard all ourfries cold almost frozen. Worst fast food service ive ever seen. No customers in line. 3 of my 4 items were wrong. Waited ten minutes for 2 drinks,... nuggets, and a McChicken. McChicken labeled "no mayo" covered in mayo. 15 min after that...no sandwich. Walked out. They had atleast 4 staff. 2 customers behind me stood in front of register to order for the last 8 minutes. No one has greeted or takenorder yet. $1.99 not refunded. A bun, patty, and lettuce: 27 min. Couldn't do it. Terrible. Read more
How does this McDonalds stay open? How do I keep subjecting myself to their awful? can I even call it service? They?re credit... card machine never works. Even when there are only 2 people in the drive thru, you?re wait is 20+ minutes. This morning theysaid ?cash only? and told me to pull around to order?after waiting in line 10 minutes, she asked what I wanted and when I askedif they were still doing the lunch menu, she replied that ALL THEY HAVE are hot cakes, burritos, and hashbrowns. They are out ofeverything else? and now I sit writing this review while waiting for my one burrito? ? (5 minutes later? still no burrito). Iwon?t return. Order from DoorDash and received a raw burger completely pink on the inside
i always have the worst experiences here I ordered the fudge oreo mcflurry and when i got it they just put mocha drizzle instead... of actual fudge. I went inside so they could remake it with fudge and the manager mauricio just said the mocha drizzle and fudgeare the same thing. He said the only thing they could do is just add more mocha drizzle. So i just got a refund instead I can?tever trust this location. He could?ve just remade the mcflurry the correct way. Read more
