Doing Better. Half a year this was a bad location, lazy staff and wrong orders, slow. But recently has been good. Food has... been fresh most of the time, and ready in a reasonable time. Read more

I understand that I was there at close to 2AM and was being served by a skeleton crew. That being said, fast food is McDonald's... bread and butter. We waited, stuck in line for an unreasonable 45 mins. To make matters worse our food was ice cold when we gothome (live 5 mins away). Burger bread was as hard as hockey pucks, and fries were as hard as hockey sticks. Terribleexperience. This location is barely passable during non rush period, so this was the last straw. This location will not get mybusiness any more. You have been warned. Read more

Went through the drive thru to order breakfast. Person taking the order just seemed annoyed. Pulled up to the window, no smile... ,no goodmorning, just my payment taken and my order shoved at me. Absolutely no customer service skills AT ALL! I told the guythank you and his reply was yup. Really?? Extremely unprofessional. If you don't like working customer service and dealing withthe public then do something else!! Hope someone in charge reads this!! 08/09/2022 5:40 pm The workers there are very rude. The manager amazing, the girl who took my order and that was doing cash ( a... blonde) need training. I ordered a southwest salad and ordered a side of crispy chicken ala carte. I told the girl taking myorder and she said it was correct even tho on the screen it said crispy sandwich special request. I went to the window andexplained that I didn?t want the sandwich just the side of crispy chicken, she said she had fixed it and slammed the window inmy face and didn?t give me my receipt? Went up to the next window got my receipt and saw that she charged me for a fullsandwich, after I told the girl taking my order twice and the girl doing cash about 3 times. Luckily the manager was super niceand fixed everything right away. But those two girls neeeeed some customer service training especially the blonde girl on cashshe was extremely disrespectful ? also my jalapeño mcchickens were missing jalapeños ???? Read more

They had a long line of cars... we waited in line. When we got to the window we were told they were closed. . All light on..... drive thru menu lit. They should turn off ALL lights so people don't wait, just to be disappointed July 5th update, these arethe fries I got???? Read more

I don?t typically write reviews but this time I felt the need to. I ordered a quarter pounder at the drive thru and took it... home. I took a bite and noticed the texture was off. I immediately spit it out and looked at my burger and was horrified. I haveNEVER received a RAW burger before from this location. I?m absolutely disgusted. This was a result of careless behavior andcould have given me food poisoning had I not checked. Complete waste of my time and money. Read more

Rating on last visit made today 3/2022. I have never heard of paying for a meal and not getting ketchup. 2 large fries, a... shake, and coke for 3 people and only 5 ketchup....
