This location would be in the top 10 list of WORSE PILOT'S. This location had only PJ fresh for any food options, 3 out of 4... toilets were plugged, 2 of 4 urinals were out of order. Just a badly managed location. Read more
This has to be the worst Pilot I've been at. Forget about your reserved parking they do not monitor it nor care to help and are... just full of excuses. Lack of management is more than apparent. Also stocking the ketchup, coffee and grabbing snacks was thepriority instead of cleaning the showers almost 2 hour wait and no towels either. It amazes me what pilot considers"Management". Read more
Dirty place. No clean. 1 shower 17$ but here is very dirty
Terrible customer service, no one seems to stay on top of the showers ???? Arbys was closed manager had major attitude. I myself... had to tell the employees every time a shower was empty?. And they wonder why truckers have attitudes? Read more
Always hard to find a spot for truck&trailer, there?s a bobtail parking nearby the gas pump and creative spots. Food isn?t as... fresh as PJ Fresh! Only 4 showers available and long wait times. Read more
