Beef was good, wife said burger was so/so, but the fries were the best. Hot, cooked right, salty and best flavor.

Food is great and the orders are accurate. I used to hate Pops, because I like hot dogs and fries; neither of which do I really... like from Pops. The fries are small and crunchy. My wife and kids love them. I finally tried an Italian beef and sausage combo.It was fantastic. Especially the quality of the meat in the Italian beef was a much higher quality than I expected to getthrough a fast food window. The orders are usually always correct, which I really appreciate. We got the chicken strip basket and an Italian Beef sandwich. The basket was very good however the beef sandwich was horrible.... It was easy to tell that the beef was very overcooked, hard to chew, and it tasted the way I imagine styrofoam would taste. Verydisappointed. Read more

Just went to this Pop's for the first time since it opened and will never be back. The fries were not fresh and very hard. The... breaded steak sandwich was very dry and not much cheese or sauce. Also ordered a bacon cheeseburger and that was so overcookedand dry. The cooks need better training. Never had such horrible food at a Pop's before. We normally go to Romeoville Pop'sand they are awesome. I will drive a little farther for better service and food. Read more
