Love the Mac n cheese but the meatball sub could use a tab bit more marinara sauce. I'd recommend ordering a side of it.
Sandwich was good but cashier made sure to point out the tip button upon paying for the sandwich. Tips should be optional,... especially when ordering from a fast food restaurant. Read more
Update: 6/21/2022... I couldn't pass up another review to Potbelly. Shout out to Ms. RYLEE (I hope I spelled it correctly)...... she was super amazing. Extremely helpful.. this girls needs a raise!!! I will continue my visits as long as I keep feelingwelcome when I visit! I appreciated the warm meals for my guy and more importantly for myself. Thank you to all at JolietPotbelly... you all rock! You really do!!!! I have to say this location is great to stop in and get that bite when craving aWreck. The staff behind the counter is super nice and always smiling. I shall return again soon!! I asked for a Mediterranean sandwich but instead of chicken replace it with avocado. I was told they can remove the chicken but... charge extra for the avocado. So I would end up paying more for a main ingredient to be removed and a couple of avocado slicesto be added.BS! Will not be eating here anymore. Read more

VERY friendly staff. The place smelt of a mixture of sandwiches and garbage but that?s not the point of the review. This review... goes to Potbelly as a company and the fact that I paid nearly $7 for a piece of bread. Potbelly used to be SO good , but thisvisit left me wanting to not return. I had to look for the chicken on my sandwich as I thought it may have been forgotten, butsure enough my straggly three pieces of meat were there. This was very disappointing and from my favorite sandwich shop to okayto not returning is simply upsetting. Do better potbelly. Read more
