Service was great, but for the number of quality restaurants in the area, Red Lobser is way over priced. Overall, we enjoyed... the meal, service was good, but prices are too high for the food & drink quality. For a chain restaurant, the quality is a bitbetter than TGIF or Chili's, but it still is definitely still chain restaurant quality with extra cost. Read more

Wife 40th birthday yesterday. Decided to have lunch since she had to work pm shift.
It was okay, 20 mins wait time on a Monday night dinner. Also they were not that packed when we went inside. Waiters are short... and quick. Not just with us but every one. They want you to eat and leave as soon as possible on a Monday night? In fact my guycanceled our keylime pie order, and brought us our check. We decided to go with out ordering dessert. My wife was a little bitupset about the rush and even I felt rushed. And servers won't come check on you. It's not a place I would like to take my wifeout for a romantic dinner. We were at cooper's Hawk the other day on a Monday too and it was super busy but our service wasexcellent by Emily. Heard, wildfire is a great place to go too. Anyway, The food was okay in taste. But it ruined the experiencefor us from the lack of service. But then I understand that it's extremely difficult for businesses to hire quality people. Weordered a keylime pie with our menu and the server brought us our check without getting us our order completely. I understandthat the faster they have new customers they make more money but at least let me finish everything? Read more
I rarely come to this restaurant and that's because I am allergic to red shellfish. My brother and his wife were celebrating... their wedding anniversary and I just came along. I only have a few menu options here: fried battered cod, chicken tenders,salmon or their 12 oz New York Steak. My choice is pretty obvious. In this location, the NY steak was very juicy, impressivelytender and superbly delicious! I would come back again just for it. Our server was very attentive, quick and courteous. Read more
Red Lobster is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Their menu selections are just amazing. No matter what I order I am... always delighted with my meal . Joliet RedLobster is a good location out of many. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Some of my favorite entrées are; Ultimate feast / Rock Lobster & shrimp . For starters I highly recommendthe Langostino Lobster-Artichoke & seafood dip . Today I also tried White wine and roasted garlic Mussels , they were delicious.Most of the meal options comes with 2 sides. Baked potatoes and Crispy Brussel Sprout are my favorite.
