Don?t go to this location! Natalie is the worst Starbucks employee that I have ever had contact with! Starbucks employees are... always helpful and pleasant but Natalie was rude no help, she even told her staff don?t answer the phone while on the phone withme, because I was asking questions! This is one of the few Starbucks I go to that is CONSISTENTLY out of things. Whether it be powders, milks, juices. It?s ALWAYS... something. Whoever does the ordering is not very good at it. I come to this Starbucks almost every morning simply because I love the staff here! I have a Starbucks that?s even closer to my... house but this location never disappoints. Emily specifically always makes my morning! I gave 2 stars because corporate has failed this location. The staff are friendly and extremely hard working but this location... is horrible. It's the actual location. Cars in line for the drive thru backed up on 2 streets, and the inside is super cramped.No way you could ever social distance here, you'll actually be so close together you're touching strangers. Ugh. . Also thosepoor workers are literally crammed on top of each other. Corporate needs to relocate this store to an area that can handle allthe traffic. Don't even get me started on that tiny parking lot with no available parking. Read more
