Wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. Stopped in here at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon with my fiancé. We ordered 2 meals... and a milkshake and the food took almost 45 minutes to come out. Didn?t receive an apology or reasoning for the long wait. Totop it off, the bathrooms were disgusting, I ended up not even using it because I was so grossed out. Lastly, heard the manageryelling at her employees in the back - not professional at all. Highly recommend skipping this and going to one of 20 other fastfood restaurants around. Read more
This location is atrocious!! ???????? I went here tonight at around 8:30pm and as I?m on the machine ordering my food it?s right... by the kitchen and can hear and see the staff, the heavier manager lady was screaming and telling the maybe 15 or 16 year oldworkers that they don?t know how to read and they can?t even follow simple tasks and then she proceeds to make a dramatic exitand lock the doors to the restaurant locking every customer inside and says they are closing the dining room and continues totreat these employees like complete garbage. This lady needs to be reported immediately. If this is how she acts when there arecustomers around imagine what she says and does when they are closed and alone. Will never come back because of her. Always smacks for a late night burger, and although i do understand the lack of workers, but i miss the late night hours or even... when it used to stay open 24 hours before Covid. Last time we ate there, google said it was open til midnight and they told usthey were closing at 10 on a Saturday- many people came after the doors were locked because it was not updated on google. I've been to this location many times over the years. Stopped going for a long time because the quality was just terrible..... Everything was to be honest.. About a month ago, I decided to give it another attempt "who doesn't crave a burger every week"..I ordered a Western Burger that was PERFECT, even the condiments were like a picture.. Thought to myself, there's no way I canget lucky 2 times.. Well, I've been there once a week over a month now.. Everything from the kindness at the drive through, thefood has been amazing, wrapped up VERY neat.. I couldn't complain if I tried.. Terrible service, me and my family have been customers for over 10 years and I can not believe how horrendous the milkshakes... were I can't even call it a milkshake half of it was just wip cream that was to thick. The cherry on top was sour and I thinkhad gone bad. It took over 15 minutes just for us to get 2 milkshakes out of the 3 and not to mention they gave us the wrongorder at first. There is no excuse for the time especially considering there was no customers inside or in the drive thru. Wewill not be coming here again. Read more
