I echo the other reviews. They are open random hours, order on the app and you get charged and they either are closed, close... while you are in line, or don't habe your order and won't do anything to help. Closed more than open. It's nasty on theinside, a hepatitis outbreak waiting to happen. Certainly an embarrassment for the brand. Read more
Not trying to be a Karen, but? The manager this afternoon was really mean to me today. He literally yelled at me when I asked... him what I should do about the order I made online for pick-up, because when I walked to the store, the lobby was closed.There?s so reason to be so hostile to a paying customer. I had every intention of dining here. I submitted my order at the kiosk 2x, but the kiosk gave me an error each time. When I... told one of the employees that it wasn't working, I expected them to take order. Instead, I was simply told to place my order atthe kiosk. Been there, done that. Unfortunately, it?s not what I hoped for. Normally, the Taco Bell nearest to my house is always great. It?s clean and the staff... is friendly. This location isn?t on the same page. There?s only two other people in here eating. It?s dirty inside, especiallyby the pop machine, all the tables are dirty from previous customers, and the woman taking our order didn?t add my drink I askedfor onto my order. By the time I saw it wasn?t on the receipt, which was only a few seconds, she?d already turned around andleft the counter. I had to wave someone else down. It?s also really cold in here, lol. Great job at taco bell. Window person had a big ???? smile and my food was hot and well put together
