I'm a big fan of Taco Bell so I've been to several, but the people and service at this location is by far the best I've ever... experienced. I almost never write a review for anything let alone a fast food restaurant, but the staff here was so pleasant, Ijust had to! Read more

Came in and ordered through mobile app ... what a mistake as crew doesn't know how to deal with those types of orders...food sat... cold at drive through window for several minutes before I could get someone to go get that for me. Had a simple order today. 2 grilled cheese burritos. 2 large drinks and 2 chips and cheese. They tried giving me someone elses... order in the drive thru. Proceeded to take 15 minutes to correct the order while i sat there. Not sure what happened. Eventuallygot my order correct. Read more

Zero stars if can. Horrible for months. Ordered, told after we paid they don?t have steak or chicken. Paid- got no food after... 30 mins stuck in line. Manager yelling at her employees and blaming them. Poor kids should quit. Location should just shut down.0/10. Read more

I understand that they are most likely understaffed, but customer service is still free. I did an online order and chose to pick... up in store. When I got there I tried to open the doors, but they were all locked. I then proceed to the drive threw where Iwaited for 10 minutes at the speaker without even a hello. When someone finally came on, I told them I had an online order andthey told me to drive to the window. After 15 more minutes of waiting, they finally brought out our meal. Not trusting theservice thus far, I checked our items in the parking lot since we had a rather big order. Luckily I did because we had two mealsmissing from our order. So around to the drive threw we went again, where we waited again for someone to acknowledge us. We toldthem what was missing and drove around to the window. Once at the window they asked again what was missing. 5 minutes later theycame back to the window to tell us that they were out of meat and it wouldn?t be ready for 28 minutes. No options were offeredto us beside wait for 28 minutes or substitute our order with something else. With 4 crabby children in the car we opted forsubstitutions just to get out of there. We?re not big on fast food, but haven?t had Taco Bell since before Covid so we wereexcited to go, but never again. It was expensive for a warm mediocre at best meal. Highly disappointed. Read more

The service here has dropped drastically. I get you're short staffed like the rest of the world but this is unacceptable. I... ordered the chicken chalupa meal and somehow got hard shell beef tacos and they were made so poorly. This is the second time ina month they have given me the completely wrong order.
