Not the best experience... Our waitress was Maria who was not that attentive and carried a horrid attitude. I had asked for a... cup of coffee and Kahlua to accompany my desert (the only thing I was having). She was not pleased with the order and told meshe'd have to serve me the coffee and Kahlua separately, totally fine. She later returned with a sour attitude and stated , "Wedon't have coffee. We're not a breakfast place. We're a dinner and cocktail place. You can get coffee if you walk to GloriaJeans". I then was asked to pick a different cocktail off their menu which she later spilled on the table as she served it.*Accidents happen* I begrudgingly still put the exchange to the side. It wasn't until another table was seated next to us andordered coffee that I had an issue. Would you believe what they received? They received a fresh brewed cup of coffee! I'm trulynot this person but did ask to speak to the manager. He was already aware of the situation apparently and said he would speak toMaria but gave no remediation to our situation. He offered to take my cocktail off the bill but once we stated it was alreadypaid for, he told us to have a nice day. No refund once the money was in their pocket. I'm sure it makes no difference to themas they are already short on business; but I won't return to this restaurant or chain again. She literally gave me directionsto where else to find coffee..... When they had it in their restaurant the whole time and it was gladly served it to someoneelse, next to us.... Thanks alot Maria and manager...much appreciated. -also to TGIF (owner), thank you for your response.Your manager also stated that Maria probably did this as the coffee you have tastes horrible. *I wouldn't know* Just an overallpoor customer service experience. For late night birthday ???? food and drink. Fantastic!! Waitress was friendly, fast and very attentive. Fod was delicious to... the last bite!!! Even the prices were fair and reasonable!! Second time eating here, first time dining in. Went with my brother around 9pm. We were seated right away and placed our order.... Our food arrived within 20 minutes. Staff was friendly. Read more
Good lighting, big portions, tastful food, attentative server, some privacy. Only complaint would be to have the bathrooms... cleaned and picked up from other patrons throwing toilet paper all over the floors and out of service stalls. Read more
