Usually if I have one bad experience with a fast food restaurant I chalk it up as a lose. But in this instance this is the... second bad experience I had with this particular restaurant. My fries and hamburger both were cold, and to make things worsethey did put the lettuce on my burger like the pictures showed. Also, my coke tasted like chlorine was in if. I'm assuming itwas from cleaning the ice machine. I don't think I'll be going to this location anytime soon again. ???? Read more

Absolutely disgusting. The staff is rude, I was missing items or the items were nasty. Found a hair in two out of five... sandwiches. The wait was longer than I've ever waited and the food wasn't even fresh for the wait to be so long. I would saveyour time and money and go somewhere that actually respects the customer service and the proper food guidelines Read more

I was not asked what size I wanted my combo meal and usually if not asked it is assumed to be a small. Instead without asking I... was charge about a foliar more to get a medium combo meal I did not ask for. Even worse is that is exactly how Wendy's has theironline ordering set up as I went through to check and see if there is an upcharge because the receipt doesn't show it as anupcharge since it rings in as a medium combo meal. How pathetic that a national corporation is training employees that IT NEEDSan extra 90 cents on every order so badly that this upcharge is the default. The fact that the food was barely even warm, frieswere definitely past their time frame of needing to be tossed and freshly made did not help matters. Wendy's should really betaking their scam money to put back into their stores making the time for transactions worth it for both the customer andemployee's time. Read more

Spicy chicken filet was overcooked and dry, fries were limp and had almost cooled off, and there were no napkins in the bag. ... 8pm Monday August 22. The young lady at the window was nice, but the food was disappointing. Read more

If I could give this Wendy's minus 10 stars I would. I actually went into this facility to place my order today. Waited a few... minutes before a VERY SLOW walking girl, who was.....less than enthusiastic to say the least, and clearly did not want to bethere took my order. She didn't even say "can I help you". Took my order, and walked away. After looking at my receipt Inoticed that I was charged thirty cents more for each of the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe sandwiches I ordered- 2.69 per the sign inthe store, however they rang up as 2.99. Asked the girl about the price difference. Said she didn't know, so I asked for themanager. His explanation was the price went up. OK, but the sign should be changed. According to him the sign can't be changeduntil an email is sent to them? Yet the register was changed for the price increase? When I opened the bag at home, so myhusband and I could eat our lunch, we didn't even get the correct sandwiches. Jr cheeseburger deluxes, should have lettuce andtomatoe on it. I attached a picture of what we got. The buns were very dry and was cold. The fries were ice cold too. I live2 minutes away. I was not about to go back to that horrible place to have it corrected. As it was, 2 people were there, whowere already waiting 15 minutes for their food when I got there, and I waited about the same for my food. There was a puddle ofsoda on the floor in front of the counter, not cleaned up but with a "caution wet floor" sign by it. WORST WENDYS I HAVE EVERBEEN TO!!! Ordered a shake and charged, then was told they don't sell shakes and refused to give me a refund. The manager Craig Travis was... extremely rude and dismissive about the whole situation. He said this was my problem and walked away.. He should be fired! HeREFUSED to give me his district manager name or any information and This was their mistake. Not mine. TOTALLY INCOMPETENTMANAGER and horrible service. Read more
