I don’t leave reviews often, but I was just floored at how poorly managed and unorganized this restaurant was run during my... visit. I understood there were staffing issues and it was a busy time of day, but the cashier’s poor attitude, waiting an hourfor a simple order, and being accused of rolling my eyes because I’m “white” and they were black after an argument betweenthe cashier and a customer and I was “looking at them weird” was completely rude and not even true when I was quietlystanding waiting for the food, which I was starting to think was given to the wrong customer because I saw people who orderedafter me get their food. I hope things end up better staffing-wise, but this visit made me not want to visit again. I ended upgetting a refund and leaving. Read more

Sliders were sliders as always. Service was non-existant and the coke machine in the lobby had a clifged drain and was lretty... much empty. Read more
They always make great sliders. If you want an egg and cheese on a slider bun with no meat, make sure you specifically ask for... no meat. But if you do get the wrong sandwich they're really good about fixing and getting you the right sandwich, even if it'sa week later. If the line's long, it usually moves pretty fast. so just be patient. they are worth it! Read more
I wish I could give it negative stars. I went through the drive thru on 7/10/2020. I ordered a number 1. It took 10 minutes to... get to the window. Understandable. Then the young woman took my money, stood there for 10 minutes, clocked out, got herself apop and left. 5 minutes later a man sauntered over to the window and asked for my money. I said I paid, he rolled his eyes andthen stood by the pop machine for 5 minutes. Then he slowly walked in the back. 8 minutes later another gentleman slowly madehis way to the window and handed me my food with a look of disgust on his face. Didn’t say a word. What makes the White Castle so great to me is that it's not available anywhere near where I live. So when I find a place like... this I even go there for breakfast! I managed to eat 5 white castles with cheese and enjoyed every single one of them Read more
The drive through before the remodel was slow. Why would you add another drive thru lane if can't handle one? Have attempted... to order 3 different days at different times. Ended up leaving everytime. 4 people in line and no movement after 15-20 min isridiculous. Read more
