Best general thai chicken ever, most places i?ve tried have mushy chicken.

I like to mix and match my order for a more personal experience.... choose my own individual vegetables to go with the curry... dishes..... Some 'Thai Express' restaurants I have been to don't appreciate that fact. Here, the food is great, they dolet me choose happily, they are absolutely one of the best organized, efficient, clean, friendly Thai restaurants I frequent(and I have experienced many)!!!!!
