Very hard to navigate restaurant! Staff failed to fully complete our order. After several confusing turnarounds, I went into the... restaurant to complete my order. The Prime rib cheese steak sandwich looked like a lump of pulled beef and onions with not ahint of red and yellow peppers. The food is great, IF I had gotten what I ordered it would have been even better. I ordered the 2 for 7 sandwiches, 2 sliders... and a large sweet tea. When I got home, I had only 1 of the 2 for 7 sndwi he's that I ordered, everything else was correct.HOWEVER, when I tried to call the store and te them I was missing food...NO ANSWER or I was getting a fax noise. The food was great. They only use drive thru. I felt like I was being rushed to order and the person taking my order was very... smart mouthed. I asked her if they had this wrap and she said if you don't see it on the menu, then we don't have it. Well, I've never had to leave a 1 star review before. The order being made wrong is understandable, to an extent. The fact they... didn't read the order at all is what gets me. No straws or sauce. Fries had to have ice still on them???? and again thesandwiches were ordered as mayo tomato only, yet came with everything ??????????? I tried to call the manager and they hung upand would not receive another call.. not even from another number! So I hope this let's you all know why kind of customerservice they offer, and what you can expect as far as getting it corrected. Read more
