I love chic fil a but my god whoever had the idea to put an ?express lane? in should be fired. It has resulted in the most... inefficient, ridiculously slow, miserable experience I have ever had. It would make sense if the majority of the customeractually used the app feature, instead there is a line of 45 cars using one lane and 2 vehicles that will periodically gothrough the ?express lane?. Nearly a year ago was my last visit. This morning the line was short (4 vehicles) for a change.. so we dropped by. Quick service... still, accurate order, and hot food at a reasonable price, plus well mannered smiling attentive staff. Read more
Super restaurant. This one has a great drive through experience, one lane for mobile order pickup only and the other for... standard orders. Covered means keeps you out of the sun and rain. No straw with my coffee, but if that's the worst there is, I'll take it. Damn are those sandwiches GOOD. Edit: 1 year later.... This place is like Disney world. Everyone here.....tries. I LOVE Chick-fil-A!! But NOT this one!! I know this was their last night being open going into 8 WEEKS of CLOSING but... omgoodness. This was the WORST Chick-fil-A I ever ate at. I know I ALWAYS have to wait, no problem. But we mobile ordered andhad to get in the drive thru line and then be told to pull off to the side and then sit for OVER 20 minutes waiting for ourFOOD.
