Edit: and our food is wrong. The Jonesboro store needs to get it together. Ordered 2 meals and 2 bags of chips. Have it... delivered and no chips. Call the Jonesboro number and get automated system. No matter what I said or what I pressed I nevercould talk to a live person. Now that I have paid extra for delivery it?s time for a trip across town to the store. Ordered small chips and queso with a previous order only to find out when we picked it up that they were out of chips. Was told... to go on the app for a refund. Did not get a refund but ?rewards? on the app for chips and queso x2. This would be fine if the?rewards" did not have an expiration date. I paid for food that I did not get and the fix is to give me rewards with anexpiration date. Not happy with that. They are still out of chips and I could not cash in on my rewards tonight. I spoke with amanager who could not answer my questions about getting rewards vs getting my money, back his excuse was ? We really don?t getmuch training on app and rewards issues, sorry.? Very generous with their position sizes which I greatly appreciated since their prices are a little high. Had a steak bowl with... just about everything. It was absolutely delicious! I had an awesome salad today at the Jonesboro Chipotle! I've been there 4 to 5 times now, and I've loved my food every time. The... chicken is great. The Pollo Asado chicken is also great. I always get a salad or a protein bowl, skipping the rice and havingboth black and brown/pinto beans, and it's great for those limiting processed or overly starchy carbohydrates. They have severaltypes of protein to choose from including a plant-based protein, which I have not tried yet. The restaurant looks clean,although I have been in there during some rushes when the drink bar area got a little cluttered, but that does happen! *Edit* today i ordered a steak quesadilla and it was good. The steak tasted fresh not old like last time. The salsa tasted fresh... and so did the guacamole and the sour cream.* Spouse loves Chipotle. Ordered a burrito and a steak quesadilla, the steak in thequesadilla had a peculiar taste. Spouse said there was not much meat in the burrito, that it was mostly rice. See if you canpick out the protein in the burrito in the picture. I do like that you can order online or through the app and go through the ChipotLane pick-up window and get your order. When I lived in Arizona I ate Chipotle all the time, so we decided to go just after lunch to check them out. We ordered two... bowls, two drinks and a large cheese & chips. $42!!! The food? Horrible! Mine had brown rice that should have just been calleduncooked rice, very little steak, almost no black beans because ?there?s nobody back there cooking them?, meanwhile there?s 8employees watching a video in the lobby (I?m sure one was the manager who should know how to cook). To top it all off, thatlarge chips and queso was laughable! The half-a-bag of chips were so old they were inedible! I have no words for how disappointed I am after that experience. The woman that was at the beginning of the line scooping... proteins was great. However, once you move down the line, the next woman had no clue what she was doing. She way overloaded myboyfriends burrito with sour cream to the point where she could not roll it and made a complete mess. She continued to roll theburrito with the aluminum foil and got the sour cream and sauce all over the outside of the wrapped burrito. She started ourorder with the sauces from the previous burrito all over her gloves. She kept touching a marker with her gloves, succeeding ingetting the mess everywhere. Her shirt was half way up her back. I actually asked to have my burrito wrapped twice because shedidn?t wrap my entire burrito with the foil. I still ended up with a half wrapped burrito with the insides falling all over theplace. Nearly impossible to eat. While I was waiting to pay there was a female manager with a dark, short ponytail eating chipsbarehanded out of a chip container.
