Had 6yo bday there. Of course she LOVED it! Her friends had a great time. It was not, however, the carefree bday experience... promoted. For example, they were not very well organized at all. They had some kind of issue with another party at the sametime, so we had to just sit and wait 20 minutes while they figured things out. They didn't give my party their balloons,although there were balloons sat at an empty table across from us that I believe we're sat there for us but the girl just forgotto put them out, so they just sat there in the empty table. They totally forgot to let my child in the ticket blaster, in placeof that experience she was offered a measly 200 points, even though I asked to go ahead and let her do the blaster. The guestsstood around and waited for about 30minutes in all before they finally had the play cards ready, and since they do the food lastmy guests were literally just standing. I miss the days of coins, because you could buy an extra hundred and pass those out toguests but these cards they use now cut that out. The games have gotten a bit high as well. I was going to buy a 31.00 lot of 90and put some on several cards, they guy rudely told me "that's like 3 games each", he just wasn't friendly or helpful. I did getthe 90 and put them on 3 cards, not knowing the card and coil costs $3 extra each. Since none of their parties come with a gooddeal for adult guests I ordered their 41.00 special which gave my guests pizza and drinks...we ate off of napkins because Icouldn't catch "my" party host to get plates. And being the STAR of the show actually meant that my child shared the stage with3 other parties and her name was mentioned at the end. Spent about 215.00 on a 6 child bday party, which would have been fine ifall the other stuff hadn't been so messed up, that is still less than any other venue in Jonesboro, but I think I should havehad the 260.00 Hyjinx party where you actually DO have everything planned so you simply arrive a Read more
We had a great time!! The Staff was ?SUPER? and the little young short girl with high pitch voice was the SWEETEST and really... made clear of how things would go and we just give her a 10 out of 10!!! General Manager was new but Super Cute for being overthe hill. But he was so down to earth and his crew really was a place we will Most Definitely go back even after we spent over$300. It is pretty pricey but that crew there is PRICELESS!!! Read more
It?s a Chuck E Cheese. The pizza is awful and a ton of the games are out of order. The prices are completely outrageous, but the... staff at the Jonesboro, AR location are SO WONDERFUL! They were incredibly helpful and made our experience so great. So patientwith the tons of kids we brought. That?s the reason for my 4 stars. And I?ll say this, the place was VERY clean. And also! Theyhad some really cool prizes! But because it?s a Chuck E Cheese, the tickets/playtime were awful. My oldest nephew got the mosttickets, and he only made like 300 for the whole hour, with better than average scores. Most games only paid out 5-8 tickets. Waited over an hour for our food and when the people who came after us received their food (they were with us, just arrived... later) we questioned where our food was. I was standing there with my son with no one else around venting about the situationand the "manager" came out and was confrontational with me before even knowing what was going on. After her excuses while ourfood was not ready were shot down by me, she got even more confrontational. No let me see what happened, no apology for thedelay, nothing. It ended with her telling me not to come back and I am going to do my best to honor her wishes. Worst customerservice I have received. Read more

We had our daughters birthday here today (Saturday March 23rd). They were EXTREMELY busy (go figure since it was a Saturday AND... spring break) but every single employee but one was absolutely amazing! Especially Tylana our birthday coordinator! She made itto most stress free birthday ever! My daughters on the spectrum and Ty was amazing with her. She picked her up, played gameswith her and even accommodated us since our little girl was absolutely terrified of the ticket blaster; but still giving her thechance to gets tickets like the other birthday kids!
