Cici of Jonesboro is awful me and my family went in and it was gross the pizza was not good undercooked some of it and there was... no ice we was not told in advance I try not to complain about fast food places but it was not busy the manager stayed on herphone the whole time we was there it was awful won?t be back. Just went to Cicis to place an order after calling for 20 minutes. When I got there at 8:30pm they came to the locked door and... told me they were going to start closing at 9. I said okay I would like to order a pizza and the manger told me no they hadalready turned off the ovens. The hours posted on the door say 11-10. I'm not sure what's going on here but this is no way torun a business. I'm sure the owner would not like to know this is going on. Read more
So first off used the 3.99 buffet coupon and still paid 9 dollars. The floors were almost painted black with the greased mop... water. It smelled like sewage in cicis. It smelled horrible. There were about 5 families in there with no food up so I went tothe front to talk to one of the employees about that. She looks and sees theres no food and starts cooking. Why did she use herbare unwashed hands to pushed the pizzas off the oven trays. Mind you, she was just touching all over the cash registers whichare completely filthy. Also, one of the desert pizza had chemicals on it. You could litterally taste the chemicals. I went backto the front and told the employee about it. She didn't seem to believe me at first so I said "try a piece the chemicals are sostrong you can easily taste them" then she took the pizza to the back. This place badly needs new management or simply shutdown. The staff couldn't care less about the condition of this place. Theres no way this place would've passed a healthinspection that day. 11:30 and not remotely busy. Very small selection on the buffet and was all either old or fresh and undercooked. Went though... about 25 forks to find one that was clean and didn't have food all stuck from poor washing. 2adult and 2 children was $26 theyoung man added a military discount and the total was $39. Manager took care of the issue that I was charged for 3 adult and 3children. I asked the young man why it added nearly $10 he said it took $1 something off. Luckily he gave me.the receipt and Iimmediately saw the overcharge of $10.10. Restaurant filthier than the silverware. Floors sticky from spills from who knowswhen. No hot water at all in the bathrooms. There was hair on a fresh pizza they just took out of the oven luckily I saw anddidn't put in my mouth. This is the dirtiest and nastiest Cicis I've ever been to. Bathrooms are no better than a porta pottyafter a week of use and no cleaning. We will never come back to this location. The food was decent for the price, a little more greasy than some places. The cooks were keeping up with how busy the dinner... rush was and keeping the buffet stocked. I am not docking any stars based off the actual food. Several of the plates on theclean stack were not completely clean. They had spots of food on them. The first glass my son was handed wasn't cleaneither. The bathrooms, however, were disgusting. There was a greasy smear all over the floor and counters as if it was cleanedwith greasy water.
