I really enjoyed getting no service this evening. Not a single waitress acknowledged us. We were seated by the hostess. And then... nothing. Our server was FANTASTIC! Our receipt says our server was Abigail S. and we had a party of 11 so she ran her tail off. She was... just sweet, knowledgeable, and patient as well as very efficient. This place was awful. The food was cold it was expensive, just everything was horrible the staff were horrible the manager... didn?t do anything about it. NEVER eat here. Their dumplings were not even cooked and when we picked them up with our fork itwas like a pancake. The Okra was mushy and gross. The waitress gave us the wrong ticket for $ 50 even though it was stillexpensive $34 for 2 kids meals. They didn?t even give refills. They had a attitude with us it was disgusting. The wait staff were very friendly and courteous, server was mostly attentive, and food was really good. They were out of some of... the toppings that were supposed to go on the bacon and eggs hash brown casserole but the server provided a partial substitute. Management has changed recently and maaaan you can tell. Waited 50 minutes on our food, (There were 5 other tables when we... arrived) and was told the wait was because our pancakes were burned. When they came out to the table they were burntanyway. Never got a refill, never got biscuits, or an offer for either. We were brought 1 tiny bottle of syrup Per Person. Theentire dining area floor is covered with a thin layer of grease and clearly hasnt been cleaned in a long time. The wall next toour table was covered in various splatters.
