First the person cooking was not good at what he does I ordered fried rice with chicken and scallops vegetables and salad The... salad: didn't looks like a salad it looks more like a soup because there is so much dressing. He started cooking the vegetablesat the beginning and he served those almost a last they were overcooked The fried rice he just put the sauce and mix it and henever put it in the center to actually fried the rice it was chewy instead of crunchy The chicken was extremely dry I could noteat it I have to leave it The scallops were not cook long enough I gave you one star because of the price very good if you needto increase the price to elevate the quality I'm okay with that Maybe it was not The Best Day chef Read more

We love Fuji! Out of all of the Japanese Steak Houses we have ever been to it is definitely the favorite. The steak and shrimp... is our typical dish of choice but also enjoy the shrimp tempura and spicy tuna rolls frequently as well. My 8 year old son lovesthe kids steak the most. Read more
