We were seated and waited for over 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Other customers were being waited on. Not... sure what happened. We left without being helped. Sadly ,this has always been my experience here. Thought we woupd give themanother try. That was the last one. Read more
Only 3 stars because my go to favorite is no longer in the menu. Service kind of slow, but everyone is understaffed these days.... Server was very nice and as attentive as she could be given the circumstances. Please bring back the harvest grain pancakes! Read more
The waitress seemed brand new, didn't know much about anything. I'm ok with that everyone has to start somewhere. They were out... of alot ... Waffles, sausage patties, straws.... Few employees and slow service. The waitress was doing multiple jobs. She was talking orders, cooking and bringing orders out.... She brought our drinks to us and went to the kitchen to help the cook get the food ready. If I'm right that night there wereonly two employees waiting on multiple customers. My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast at this IHOP location. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it was worth it.... Our waitress provided excellent service and made sure we had everything needed. I especially enjoyed the blueberry pancakes. Wewould definitely visit this location again while traveling. Read more
absolutely awful service. our waitress very loudly said we were ?irritating? and said we were getting on her nerves. and then... gave us to another waitress in front of us. we were laughing and joking with each other when we came in, but it was nothing outof the ordinary and it?s not like we were being disrespectful. our drinks took 10+ mins to get brought to us and we watchedpeople who had been there shorter, get their stuff faster. i was extremely disappointed Read more
