Very clean eating area. Restrooms could use more care but they weren't bad. Friendly service.
My boyfriend and I ordered KFC through UberEats and our Uber driver called us literally like 10 minutes later after arriving at... the venue and told us they had no chicken. KFC did not tell us and they did not make it unavailable online on the app and theydid not close their restaurant as they had literally no chicken as well. They tried to send our driver home with just the sidesof mashed potatoes. Be sure you actually call the restaurant before you order here to make sure they have chicken. Read more

Wouldn't suggest this location. They got most of our order wrong, what we did get tasted old and greasey. And they even left 2... things out. Like how do you forget the gravy when someone orders tatters and gravy??? Told them multiple times "No tomatoes. Theperson getting this is allergic. " and guess what was in the meal??? TOMATOES!!!!! They even accused us of lying about themissing food. Like really people, I am not trying to steal your freaking gravy. I just wand what I paid for!!! NEVER GOING BACK.From now on when I get take out food I am going to check it right in front of them. But it won't be from the location that has aTaco Bell in it. Order was shorted 1 coleslaw and 1 biscuit. We called but was given the excuse they are understaffed. This is little help when... you are already home with order. Also the chicken was way over salted. Read more
Southwest Dr is the worse KFC in Jonesboro. I stop here every week before dropping my daughter off at practice and every week... there is an issue with our order and I've tried to have understanding because I usually catch it before I leave and they correctit immediately but the last 2 visits I've made it home before noticing and when you call its do u want to come ????NO I DON'TWANNA COME BACK I WANT U TO FIX MY ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Have u seen gas prices and then what they give me always costless than what I paid for and I still haven't seen that refund from that over charge! Unbelievable. Sat in drive thru 10 minutes before a female voice said "KFC." Daughter put in her order, the female voice said... "hang on." After sitting another 10 minutes we pulled around to the pick up window. Not a soul was in sight. Wife called thestore, shockingly someone answered. They came to the window and said their beeper didn't go off... after taking our order 15minutes earlier. So she asked our order, confirmed it had been put in, and said "they ain't but two of us here" and sheproceeded to disappear. Another 10 minutes goes by and finally someone starts throwing our food together. No thank you. Nosorry. No name tags. It took 37 minutes to place and receive our order.
