I prefer this McDonald?s out of the others in town and very disappointed in todays breakfast staff, no communication just gave... me my 2 breakfast sandwich?s told me to pull forward for my large caramel frappe after almost 15 minutes I called to let themknow the manager kept saying they couldn?t hear me then came to the 3rd window and asked I told her I have been waiting for alarge caramel frappe for a long time and she proceeded to tell me it was broken and they had tried to reboot it but it wasn?tworking I told her so then I had waited to get my refund for another 5 or so minutes and she brought me the money and didn?teven apologize for the ridiculous amount of time I had to wait on a drink. If I was told at the window the machine was down andI needed to wait to see if it would reboot I would have told them to refund me then I was in a hurry and now I have coldsandwiches! WORST McDonalds EVER. Waited 20 minutes for my order of a 2 cheeseburger meal and a coffee. Called my order number as if ready... and there was no coffee and no drink. Fries were cold and cheese burger buns were hard and cold. It wasn?t even busy. Workerwas too busy sweeping the floor instead of trying to help customers. If u wait for 20 minutes. Normally, I enjoy this franchise. The staff is friendly and helpful. But the drive through on graveyard staff was unexcusable.... After a 45 minute wait without moving forward, I finally get to the window. I had to repeat the order three times to twodifferent staff. After I got home, my big Mac patties were gray and the edges were crunchy. Fries were cold and hard. Verydisappointed. Read more
The people were very customer oriented. It was clean. Hear is a little tip if you want fresh fries ????. If you want fresh... made fries order them with No salt, they will have to try a new batch then ask for a little pack of salt when they give you yourorder. Read more
This is the McDonald's in the center of town. It seems to be one of the quicker McDonald's out of the options available. I've... never had an issue with any order here. The mobile ordering makes it a little easier and you can earn rewards for future fastfood redemptions. Curbside pickup is quick. It can get busy during peak hours. Read more
The McDonald on Nettleton reminds me of my mother kitchen. Voleta ,Jacky , Najee , and Blenda with Raquel as prep care about... the food quality like my mom Louise. My mother cooked me Jimmy Dean sausages on a Pillsbury biscuit. My mother did not playgames when she was cooking in the kitchen. I'm a McDonald baby my mother and I would go on shopping trips to Memphis, Tunica,and throughout Mississippi. It was the cheapest and fastest. My mom and her sisters would take these shopping trips and workup an appetite after finding good deals. She passed that tradition on to me when I hit up the Nettleton Caraway shoppingdistrict. Good shopping will make you hungry. This McDonald on Nettleton delivers on my hungry stomach. This place took goodcare of me on a job and showed me how to be a passionate cook in fast food. Its reminds me of my mother kitchen. I'm a McDonaldbaby cause my mother did not feel cooking that would be my breakfast lunch and dinner. All my moms trying here I understandyall are beautiful people with beautiful problems. God knows you trying to be a wildflower love off sheer wind power. That isstrength and much respected Jonesboro is my momma favorite shopping town she dont have to deal with Memphis traffic to get toher favorite stores. We are Jonesboro strong and this community is beautiful. Jonesboro has been kind to me and the McDonaldNettleton will bless your stomach after you went shopping. I enjoyed my time working at McDonald Nettleton location and taking shopping trips after work. This is the best McDonalds I eaten at. They care and do things with love. A little disappointed. I ordered a combo meal and upsized it because my son loves the French fries. The container was less than... halfway full. For over $11 I would have hoped to get more fries than this. Read more
This is the WORST McDonald's in Jonesboro. Hell in Arkansas. Any McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff are rude. The food is... old. The ordering is horrible. It's all horrible. All managers here should be fired from every McDonald's FOR LIFE. Read more
