This was a horrible experience. I've only been through the drive thru once before. This time we went inside. There were no... single meals on the board. We were very confused. I made an uber order from this restaurant tonight for the first time and it was PERFECT! I will start by saying I like Popeyes chicken and would prefer to eat it over other chicken restaurants. The problem I have with... this specific location is service. The staff isn't very helpful and sometimes they are downright rude. My daughter prefers 2chicken legs with her 2 piece meal and every time we order it here they tell us it will be an 8-10 minute wait for 2 legs in ameal. I have not experienced this at another Popeyes location let along another chicken restaurant. Yes, I have had to wait forchicken to cook or something similar but seemingly being punished for a simple customization seems over the top. Read more
