Chain restaurants usually dont get 5 stars from me. So this red lobster had the standard menu. Enjoyed the endless pasta. Love... the cheese buscuits as always. Staff was friendly but unable to be attentive (drinks not refilled nunerous times) because of 2large birthday dinner tables both with crying babies and toddllers which really put a damper on our dining experience. Theyshould seat these parties seperately ffrom the rest of the world. There were certainly plenty of empty tables in other rooms ofyhe restaurant. Read more
Had an appointment in Jonesboro, so I was so excited to go to supper at Red Lobster. Took my husband and mother along, and... after dropping $115 on basically a frozen dinner, I won't be going back. My mom and I both had the admiral's feast, both withbroccoli and a salad. Even the salad sucked. The fish, scallops, shrimp, and clam strips were indistinguishable from each other.Tasteless and doughy, and no seasoning or flavor of any kind. If this is what has become of one of my favorite places to dine,I'm just going to stay home, at least I know I'll have a good meal and I'll have money in my pocket. Read more

Always enjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly, the food is never a disappointment, and wait staff worked with us, despite... some misunderstanding about the banquet room. Overall, the wait staff was very pleasant while working around our crowd. Read more
