Food was cold. Ordered a t6 two chalupas and a soft taco. Shells were hard and tasted stale. They were out of 3 different... sodas with no sign letting anyone know. Husband Ordered KFC at same location and food was awful he didn't finish it. This usedto be my favorite taco bell and kfc together. I'm not sure if the changed management but it truly shows. WORST RESTRUANT IN JONESBORO No one should eat at this restaurant. If you want bad service youll love it. It is terrible every... time my family and I go to it. The people taking orders at the drive threw never ask to take your order and when they do theirrude as heck and it is after you've been sitting there forever . Today we sat In front of the speaker waiting on someone totake our order and then after waiting for ten maybe fifteen minutes someone came over the speaker and was very rude And thendidn't even take our order . We tried going to the Window to place a order but the line didnt move for another 20 minutes so wedrove off . Everytime we go threw the drive threw the person taking orders is always rude , the food is always old and verymessy often times cold and our orders are never correct. I tried calling their corporate office today but it doesn't open untilMonday. But I will be calling monday because something needs to be done or They need to shut this place down . (Personaly Ican't even count the times I've been sick from their food from this particular place) This site is making me give 1 star just topost. but it doesn't deserve that . The items we ordered without lettuce still had lettuce on them. Not intentionally but just mixed in with the meat and cheese.... All we could figure is that the prep line must be such a mess that a correct order can?t be made here. Read more
This place has been going downhill for quite sometime. My husband just came home with 7 tacos...the shells were so stale they... are now in the trash. Not to mention that they give out mild sauce like Halloween candy. Poor management! Done with Taco Belland yes I am taking the survey but you can kindly keep your free chicken sandwich! This restaurant is so extremely hit-or-miss I don't know what is going on. The day time crew is great. The night shift folks... will let you sit at the speaker for 20 minutes. Sometimes they'll pretend not to be there at all. They will have 5 workervehicles in the parking lot and the sign light on. Tried to make an order at about 9:50 pm today and there were 3 cars in line.We each waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to speak. No one ever came to take an order. Current hours of operationsuggest they are open, but I'm not sure they are aware. If you want your order taken, go to the Southwest Drive location. Read more
We sat at the speaker for 30 minutes. Pulled up to the window and nobody was in the kitchen. I called the establishment and a... female answered and said ?we have a hold on orders because we are so busy?. But my wife and I were the only people in the drivethrough.
