The atmosphere has been really bad since Covid. They just opened part of the dinning are. It's rather dark and dreary.

Watch out for wingstop. Their management needs to work on customer service skills for sure. I ordered the mix of wings. Boneless... and bone in. I received all bone in. I called the store and the manager stated "well that's how my printer said it how am isupposed to know how you want.it" i said " because you work there and that was how i ordered it. On the website there is a mixand match option that doesnt even have a place to edit how many of what kind as far as the type of wings ( bone in or boneless).His response was "first of you need to watch how you are talking to me" i stopped talking to him and his sensitive self. Hemessed up and wasnt manager enough to hear it. I have been a lifelong restaurant employee on every level in almost everyposition. I would hate to get something wrong for my customer and not be given the chance to make it right or do better. Iabsolutely love there wings and order them 2 to 3 time s a week. I wont now though. I did check to make sure that the mistakewas not mine and walked through the ordering process to double check. I didnt raise my voice or use foul language. He gave mehis excuse then asked how was he supposed to know. He didn't like my answer and thats why i need to watch how im talking tohim???? Guess that i am finding a new lunch spot for sure. they have the worst customer service. walked in to place a to-go order and the man behind the counter just looked at me and... starting doing other things. after five minutes of standing up there to be waited on he finally asked me if he could help me.the whole time taking my order he had an attitude and was very disrespectful. if I could rate 0 stars I would. Went before 8 pm on a Saturday night and they had all but 5 tables closed even though they stay open until midnight. From... something the cashier said to another customer it sounds like they had been busy today. I understand that and can cut abusiness slack over that. But... There was no ice in the ice machine. Cashier went to get ice and then stood on the counterwith her shoes to put ice in machine. Didn't bother to wipe the counter off after standing on it. Then they were out of papertowels. Asked if we could get some to wipe our hands while we eat but she acted like I was causing her the biggestinconvenience. Also ordered water but was charged for a regular drink. Read more

As someone who has worked in good service for 10 years its not often I give a bad review. But this place could've done... better. Its 6:00pm on a Saturday evening and there are only 2 people working. While the girl working the register was supersweet the lady running the fry stations answered her personal phone on company time instead of helping the girl at the register.She also seems to be buzzing off something that's not caffeine. Multiple Togo orders had been picked up as I was sitting thereand not a name for an order was ever asked, bag just handed to the person. The place was absolutely atrocious with dirty tablesnot having been wiped down at slow times. And trash over flowing from the trashcan. Two ladies stood there waiting to pick uporders but were never addressed or asked what the order name was. When I came in and placed my order it was absolutely deadinside. I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I waited for my own order for over 30 minutes. One, you should have more then 2people working on a Saturday night. Two, employees shouldn't be answering there phones while on the clock or be cracked out. AndThree, if you are not busy you can clean. It was terrible. Read more
