Did you know that you can bring all your own party supplies cake and ice cream to chuck e cheese and have a birthday party?... Because I didn't but because of it we were able to have a successful party. I believe her name was Claudine at the register thathelped me get my daughter's birthday right. Great experience. A far cry from what I experienced two years ago in the midst of the pandemic. I couldn't help but notice how... updated their seats were and how interactive and friendly the Chuck E Cheese guy was. He danced (all of the current dances) withthe kids and took pictures. I was impressed. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional. Read more

Ok, First I was really surprised with the food being served due to the atmosphere!! What mean is the Chucky Cheese in Riverdale... could use some renovations! It had an old smell and vibe! However, the food was really good, especially the Salad Bar! It waskept really clean, fresh and stayed stocked! The pizza was really good, too but you have to have the chocolate chip cookie cake,it was awesome!! It was a little pricey as we celebrated our son's birthday there without reservations! We had only one otherchild, his cousin so we felt that it wasn't worth the money but we spent over $150.00! The downside was when we were told thatit was ok for us to sit in the party room; however, the Supervisor or Manager kicked us out even though it wasn't crowded in thearea!! I felt it wasn't that deep! She might need to go back to Customer Service training! Even though my son was a little boreddue to what little games they did have, we all had a pretty good time! The Customer Service extended by the other employees wereon point, they were very friendly, patient and helpful! I would recommend for children under 7 years of age!! Read more
My grandson was scared to death when he saw this lady with this dog this isn't a service dog Ya'll need to keep these dogs at... home All kids don't like dogs This is suppose to be where A kids suppose to be a kids Please leave these dogs at home I dounderstand the Blind folk need them It got to get better So we left and went to the one in Fayetteville they get A 5 ???? Thanks to the wonderful team there.. They was busy nice and helped out at any situation...I walk in party thing was great...I... thanks when u buy the birthday give unlimited choice to... In the walk-in package and also the guest was nice too.. And theysolved the issue... The kids was ready to eat our pizza from another... And they fixed it.... This was my first time since March 2020, that I have taken my daughter anywhere. I arrived at 10:00, however I had to wait an... hour ( literally) as the employees opened the store. A few things are different now, 1. You don't receive tickets from themachine 2. You wear a wristband that keeps a digital record of your tickets 3. Chuck E is not available just yet for thechildren to interact with Overall it was AMAZING as usual, and my daughter played for hours!! Oh and guess what ya'll...THEREARE NEW GAMES! If you want to get the kids out of the house I would wholeheartedly recommend you bring them here. Read more
It was fairly clean on the inside and all the games were operational. However the leadership is very poor. There was 4-5... employees standing around in a group talking during its peek time. The line was almost to the door and we are only operating oneregister. I asked the manager are any other employees able to assist with the flood of people in that came in the door and herresponse was not customers friendly, however we rolled with the punches. Read more
