It was okay. Slow service and crowded. Food kinda costly but good.
I love Hooters but this Hooters on Tara Blvd was such a Horrible Experience!! I will NEVER go back here. The food took an hour... to come out and my order was completely wrong. Apparently there was a problem with the chefs. Our server apologized and themanager fixed everything. I got a new order of wings and everything. I appreciate them, but overall it was a bad experience. Thecooks need to get it together. The cook was chillin by the bar on his phone the whole time. Smh. Do better. Read more
I liked the food but why is there two servers per table? It was just me and my brother. It wasn't just our table. They did it to... all tables. Makes no sense because no other restaurant does this. And yes the ladies were a sight for sore eyes if that's yourreason for visiting this place. Read more
I was in a party of 10 [family] and it was 30 minutes prior to closing. Right off several of them had much attitude cause it was... close to closing. The girl at the door informed me that they were closing in 30 minutes. I turned around and asked her, "So wecan't come in?" The manager came and said they would be seating us after they discussed it. The entire time the waitress[Monica] was very inattentive and was not customer friendly at all. As we were finally leaving, it was heard from the manager'smouth to "please don't come back. When I went back in to ask her about what she stated, she informed me that she stated, "pleasecome back." She also said she apologized for her server and would be talking to her about her actions. She provided me her name[Manager-Crystal] and would give us a discount on our next visit. Unsatisfied customer and some of us still tipped her. Goddon't like ugly. IJS. Read more
The Tara Blvd location SUCKS!! Even though there is an option for curbside they don?t. After waiting 10 min past the time I had... scheduled for curbside AND I check in on the app as directed - I ended up struggling in to the building where they trued to tellme I had to go to the other end to get the order! Made them bring it to me? When got it home the food was Luke warm sort of andthe flatware we were given had been melted at some point so we couldn?t even use that. Jennifer was pretty cool. Attentive, fixed a part of the order that was wrong with no indifference and seemed genuinely cool.... These days, I appreciate courteous, simple customer service more because there's not much of it left. Glad Hooters is different.Food was good. Good place for a quick bite & a beer. Read more
I must say the quality of the food at this establishment is A+.... That being said the service is 2 stars or less: servers are... very inattentive and lack basic waiting skills. Yes, I'd return because food quality and environment is BETTER than most! Read more
