If I could give this place zero stars I would. Saturday, October 15 at 6:50 the drive-through worker was completely... unprofessional and rude, not to mention didn?t even give us a receipt. On top of being rude while taking our order; we onlyorder two items mashed potatoes and macaroni & cheese those are the only two things we ordered. And she couldn?t even get thatright. They put corn instead of mashed potatoes I don?t even know how that sounds the same, I do not recommend this location thestaff has completely gone to hell. Just trashy attitudes. This was by far one of the worst restaurants I've visited. No one was at the register when I entered. The kid running drive... thru seen me and summoned the other kid to help me. I placed my order and he went back to sweeping the dining area. The storewas pushing the sale of a coupon book for $1.00. I went to get tea but none was out. No tea in Georgia at KFC on a Friday nightduring the supper rush? Explain that. After a 10 minute wait I finally got some assistance. My meal was served but was missingmy jalapeño pepper. I asked for it but they wanted to charge me. I asked why when I had paid for it? The kid finally relentedand got my peppers. Also no spork or napkins were included with my meal. I got napkins handed to me in a wad. I noticed themanager was eating Hot Tamales in the office during supper rush. She wasn't attentive to her crew, the customers or thecompany. Witnessed a woman that says she is the store manager refuse to give a customer his money back for messing up his order because... he used profanity in his vocabulary. "She told him she would not issue a refund or give him the correct food because the youngman didn't know how to talk to a woman" she even stated he can call the police as well. I personally will never return to thislocation. I told the guy he should call the BBB since he was recording her and has evidence. Read more
I experienced a freshly prepared entrée along with tasty sides. It was clearly evident with the flavor, taste, and quality of... the meal that adequate time was placed into the preparation of the chicken. I'd happily have this meal again and again. Thanksto the team for ensuring a wonderful customer experience on a day whereby everything else was not going along as well as I hadplanned. Kudos to you! Read more

They've been slacking lately. Every time they're either out of something or haven't done something. One incident one of the... employees first day at work and he couldn't wait to get home.
