Naturally a review is a snapshot of any given business at only a specific moment. The following recounts my moment at this... Little Caesar's location. I had a long day. The last part was especially frustrating. I left work and decided to swing by for apizza on the way home. I walked in. I heard people in the back, but nobody said hello or came to take my order. Since I wasalready unhappy, this reality weighed on me more heavily than it would have were I in a good mood. I waited. Eventually somepeople walked to the front more having a concert with each other than any concern about customers. One asked what I wanted andtold the other to get it (I just wanted a hot n ready cheese pizza and crazy bread). Of course, there was no crazy bread. Ichose not to wait. Then my card was taken to some other register in back, don't ask me why because nobody was courteous enoughto tell me, after a time that was definitely longer than necessary it was brought back. I left. No, I probably won't visit thislocation again. Is it so hard to aim to address a customer within a minute of the customer entering the business? I've worked atBurger King, McDonald's, and Taco Bell including being a shift manager at Taco Bell so I know it's not to hard to do that. Thelittle details make a big difference. This location can do better....the crew that was there just didn't seem to want to. Read more
Learn how to make a pizza... poor example here, Crust is barely cooked, sauce not even on one of the slices. Oh yeah, they... couldn't take cash, was unable to take my card........almost. WHY HASN'T LITTLE CEASARS RESOLVED THIS OBVIOUS PROBLEM?!?! Read more
Update: April 30 2022: 4:48pm 2 pizzas, didn?t get pizzas until 5:25. They need an entire crew that can do the job right. Over... it. No longer going to eat here, or at any Little Caesars. I?m not sure if it?s the lack of pride in the work they put out. Butclearly no effort at this place. Unprofessional. This owner should call Domino?s and ask for help. Read more
If you?re hungry now or would like to eat within an hour go some where else. My husband ordered from here and had to wait almost... an hour. For a hot an ready, pepperoni deep dish and Italian cheese bread. They didn?t apologize for the wait or even offer tothrow in a credit for a later order soda nothing!!! Forgot he was even there people came in after him and left before him. Poorcustomer service, slow service! Better off going to Pizza Hut on hwy 85. Had to update this review, 9/24/21. So I?ve orderedfrom them twice recently. And both times my garlic breadsticks were dry, no butter on them. And it looks like they rushed makingthe calzony. First or second time calzony wasn?t cut evenly. Second time calzony was a cheese one (asked for a pep) that theytried to throw pepperonis on last minute only in the center. I?m done going here!!! I?ll just go to the one further down on Taraor close to my job. They also forget the extra sauce that comes with the calzony. Don?t be fooled or pay extra make sure yourorder is correct before you leave. I find ordering online you pay less than in person too. Service is ok now but still slow nomatter the time. Just no. No employees, customer service non existent. Ordered on app at 925, arrived at 955. Ordered pepperoni cheesticks only!... Received At 1042 after waiting 40 mins to watch employee pull order out the warmer. Never again. Read more
