Great restaurant. Although i do not live on this side, I came with friends to experience their brunch and live jazz... performances. To say I was thoroughly pleased would be an understatement. Including the outdoor area, there was plenty ofseating and it was still a full house. The food I tried was very good and so were the drinks. Our server was so nice andattentive with a great attitude. Parking can be tricky. I saw 2 lots, and both fill up qickly on a busy day, and then you wouldneed to find street parking. I definitely plan to visit again in the future. Read more

This was my first time at this location. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and it was an interesting evening. My server was Ken(sloe).... He was such a friendly and helpful gentleman. I tasted the following dishes: turkey burger sliders, the glazed salmon withgrilled asparagus and macaroni & cheese, and peach cobbler cheesecake. There was also some water and sweet tea that accompaniedthe meal. The atmosphere was beautiful and refreshing to look at. The music was pleasant, however it several decibels overlouder than what I'm used to. A soft and comfortable volume works much better. I found myself having to yell most of the time tothe server. The food was scrumptious, but there were some inconsistencies. The salmon was overcooked. The macaroni & cheesereminded me of eating a taco (both in taste and appearance). I'd like to dub that as Taco Mac & Cheese. The sweet tea wasegregiously sweet, even with extra ice and several squeezes of lemon juice. While the turkey burger sliders were executed well, there were only 2 for $14. The grilled asparagus was cooked to perfection, but I was only given three spears. One other thing Inoticed was they charged me with automatic gratuity even though it was just me placing an order. It seems a tad bit deceptive, but that is what occurred. Next time simply state that gratuity is automatically included ; no matter the size of your party. Ihad so much fun! Thank you for the memories! Read more

This place is great and has a nice vibe. It is highly encouraged to make reservations at least 2-3 weeks in advance when you're... planning to go to avoid a long wait. The food is very delicious. Some of my favs are their wings and their fried lobster tails. The shrimp and grits are their staple item. They have sweet potato waffles and fried chicken however my main critique about thewaffles are they are thick, dense and flimsy...not crispy and light but that may be harder to achieve with sweet potato wafflebatter. The staff is friendly, the vibe is very club-like. So if you don't like a loud party type vibe this may not be the placefor you. I usually prefer quieter places but it's close to the home and it's a local black owned business that I love tosupport. Also, look out for the great concerts that they put on. Recently, Keke Wyatt and Lil Mo were here for the owner'sbirthday and it was awesome. Aaron Hall and Lil Bow wow we're here for previous concerts and appearances too. Read more

We went on a Saturday night. We were sat immediately *had 9pm reservations * However we were sat with no menu to scan, nor... silverware. After we waited about 15 for the menu we had the luxury if WAITING 20 more minutes to order drinks... We ended upordering drinks and food at the same time. Our food arrived 1st then I had to stop a random server to ask where our drinks couldbe. 10 minutes later our waiter came with our drinks.. Over all Nouveau might be a cool place but the service was not so good Read more

Food was excellent! Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. There was a wait, even with reservations. The place has a club... vibe but we enjoyed the patio area near the bR where the doors to the outside was opened for fresh air. They do have some rulesthat should be posted so patrons can be aware and not get upset. All in all, I plan a return visit. Read more

I ordered the honey chicken and waffles with a watermelon lemonade. My sister ordered the turkey burger sliders with waffle... fries. I read the reviews and looked forward to eating here since so many reviewers raved about the food. We arrived at 12:30 ona weekday afternoon and was seated right away. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I opted to park in the largeparking lot across the street from the restaurant as opposed to directly behind the establishment. (We were given plasticutensils in clear packs which I loved.) The food was good and was served in a short amount of time after ordering. The chickenwas fried to perfection and the honey added a nice touch, however, mine was drenched in honey so much so, that I didn't enjoythe waffle. The waffle was fluffy but tasted "off". I'm not sure if it was the honey overpowering the waffle or not. I didn'teven have to use the syrup provided. No big deal, though. We will be back and next time I will be able to order appropriately. Ido recommend, just make sure to make reservations in advance if you plan on patronizing during later hours. P. S. They haveplenty of outdoor seating plus live acts on R&B Thursdays (definitely need reservations for that). Read more

Lovely facility, with great food, drinks and I wasn't mad about the music either. Our waitress was wonderful, very attentive and... answered all questions with a smile. We went for brunch and they had three flavors of bottomless mimosas ???? and the food wasseasoned well. Definitely will come back again next time I'm in town. Read more

I enjoyed myself here! This location has hookah, but you can only smoke it at the bar or in their outside seating area (enclosed... and heated in the winter). I ordered the lemon pepper fried chicken with the waffle fries, both were delicious. My friendordered lamb chops and she thoroughly enjoyed those as well. We also split a peach cobbler cheesecake... and YALL!!! IT WASAMAZING lol I would highly recommend setting up a reservation at least 24 hours in advance! We thought that we had areservation, but it was for the college park location and ended up waiting an hour to be seated after being quoted 20-25 min forthe wait. There were a lot of open tables, but I think that the kitchen was backed up so they stopped seating guests. Parking ison the street or across the street in a paved lot. Overall, dope experience, I just really wish they would've told us about thehookah restrictions before we sat down because I really wanted a hookah that day.... and the wait was TRASH. I'd definitely goback, I'd just set a reservation and let them know ahead of time that I'd like to order a hookah. Read more
