I very rarely eat Pizza Hut and only eat it when I?m craving breadsticks bc there breadsticks are so good but tonight I order... three boxes and each one of them came burnt and with no seasoning at all, when I went up there I was told that they are out ofseasoning for the breadsticks( instead of them notifying, my DoorDasher to let me know that they didn?t have the ingredients tomake half of my order they just let tell them deliver it to my burnt and halfway done) so I asked for a refund but for somereason the card reader wasn?t working so I couldn?t get it, I?ll will be there in the morning to speak with the GM to get arefund. Around 9:25pm I ordered well over $100.00 in pizza & wings & never received my food. The location was close to closing for the... night & I couldn't reach anyone on the phone to let them know my pizza hadn't arrived in the time frame they quoted me (10:21) When I called it wasn't even 11pm and everytime I called the store someone would pick up, quickly telling me they were closedand then hang up. I wasn't even allowed to get one word in. I had to leave my house to go to the restaurant & when I arrivedthere was a little confrontation between me & the manager as to where my food or my refund was. I was apologetic about the way Iwas carrying on, but as a customer that spent alot of money on pizza that wasnt delivered & no answer as to where it is, how wasI supposed to feel. I was told there was nothing that could be done until the next morning & then I would be refunded & giventhe order as well. I went BACK to Pizza Hut the next day where I was told the food had been picked up by a third party company(DoorDash) who actually canceled my order at the time it was supposed to be recieved by me. I was asked which did I want, thefood OR a full refund, NOT both which I was promised the night before. I chose the full refund. I understand being shortstaffed& needing to outsource other delivery drivers but there needs to be better communication between the restaurant, driver, &customer. I'm not sure if there was a problem delivering my food but the DoorDash driver has ways of contacting the customer. Anactual Pizza Hut driver would have returned to the store & I would have been contacted. These third-party drivers should be heldaccountable. Read more

I placed a $50 order for delivery. The delivery was apparently fulfilled by DoorDash. The driver called to tell me the store was... ?out of stock? and to cancel the order in the app. But I didn?t order it through DoorDash and there?s no cancellation option inthe Pizza Hut app. When I called to the store no one picked up until 11 and that was just to tell me they?re closed and theircomputer was shut down so they couldn?t do anything. Ordered boneless 16pc w/ blue cheese and received a BONE IN 16pc w/ranch. When I called back, the store told me that there was... no way I could have received bone in because they didn?t have any in the store? if I wanted a credit or a refund I?d have tobring the food back and I couldn?t get my food remade because they turned the fryer off? it was 9pm. Don't order curbside pickup. Waited outside with my baby for over 20 min to do curbside before I finally went inside to pick up... my own order. I let them know it was a curbside order '& they don't apologize or anything. This has happened at this locationseveral times. I tip every time '& still end up having to go inside. No one ever answers the phone when you call or anything.Super annoying. Read more

I just visited the Mt. Zion location and I think I want to vomit now. The lady that checked us out took 10 minutes taking our... order with her long scary nails. She questioned us about her tip which was rude. We finally got our pizza and it was loaded withso much cheese and toppings that it all fell off as you went for a piece of pizza. Also the garlic Parmesan sauce on wingstasted like duck sauce. We chose to dine in and were not given silverware and plates. Read more

I placed the order on the Pizza Hut app. I guess they were out of alfredo sauce. Even though my whole order was more than the... pasta, they decided to cancel the whole order. When I called the store, the representative placed on hold without even tellingme. Then the rudest manager got on the phone yelling about the order being cancel. Took 2 hours for the food to be delivered. No fork to eat with forgot the breadsticks and the pizza looked like this.
