The most terrible customer service and the worst drink I’ve EVER had. I would have been better off going behind the counter... and making it myself I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch drink and the drink was freaking white with no caramel inside. This wasliterally the worst Starbucks I have ever had in my life lol I didn’t know it was rocket science to make a drink. I wentinside and waited 20 minutes for a drink. I ordered two drinks and they made one within like five and took 20 minutes to makethe other one. It was absolutely ridiculous. As soon as the person handed me my second drink and I automatically knew that itwasn’t what I asked for, I was so tired at this point of waiting and I just left. Great customer service for the young man working the drive thru. Line moved pretty quickly. However I just came out of the line... and the black girl with the colorful dreds was passing out gift cards I asked her can I have one and she said no, laughed andturned away and gave some to the car in front of me. Very nice place. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted. I got a small iced coffee they gave me a complimentary... upgrade. Nice ????. Comfortable chair oh my, I stayed longer than I anticipated cause it was so peaceful. Clean restrooms withsoap and paper towels. Handicap parking available and drive thru. I was impressed despite the demographics they were above thebar in regards to professionalism and cleanliness. Without a doubt I will be back. I enjoyed my experience at Starbucks ???? Read more
