Manager wouldn?t let me place an order inside due to us not having mobile app orders. Drive thru is darn near wrapped around... the building with nobody inside. Especially after a long hard day of work. I feel that is such an inconvenience and a way toforce you into using something you don?t desire too. Definitely will be contacting corporate as I?m sure the objective of thebusiness is to make money and provide great customer while doing so. Not turning customers away for not having an app or anmobile or online order. Had to drive over 10 miles to the next restaurant. I ordered through Uber Eats and was told by the Uber driver that an employee there was being very rude towards them (throwing... food into the bag (which will get damaged because of excessive force) complaining that customers were coming in but forgettingthe fact that orders through Uber takes priority.
