Manager wouldn?t let me place an order inside due to us not having mobile app orders. Drive thru is darn near wrapped around... the building with nobody inside. Especially after a long hard day of work. I feel that is such an inconvenience and a way toforce you into using something you don?t desire too. Definitely will be contacting corporate as I?m sure the objective of thebusiness is to make money and provide great customer while doing so. Not turning customers away for not having an app or anmobile or online order. Had to drive over 10 miles to the next restaurant. Went into lobby and was told they were only open for online pickup. Ok that's fine but went to drive thru and reached the... window...worker said "what you had". I said I don't know u tell me...rude and looking at me like I'm the one who messed up theorder. Dave please find better workers Read more

I ordered through Uber Eats and was told by the Uber driver that an employee there was being very rude towards them (throwing... food into the bag (which will get damaged because of excessive force) complaining that customers were coming in but forgettingthe fact that orders through Uber takes priority. I ordered the sausage biscuit meal with orange juice. The sausage was so dark, I thought that it was jerked sausage and the... potatoes were not fresh at all. I believe that they gave me the bottom of the pan. All the potatoes were crumb pieces. Notsatisfied at all. Read more
1st time here definitely will not be returning. I ordered a combo and upsize to large? I was told they didn?t have large coffee... cups but my receipt clearly shows I was still charged.
