Update---- im actually Never going back! Took my kids there after a looooong day... was rudely told my cash could not be... accepted there. Not$100 , but$50.. was trying to remain calm as the ghetto manager ( with braids and glasses) told me she wasALSO trying to remain calm! For what? You can eat My kids can't! Officially not going back! Omg!!! Let me start by saying, ifyou go to this Zaxbys during the day, your experience will be the OPPOSITE of the night... the nighttime manager needs awhooping! Daytime- the food is fresh, food is quick and correct... At Night- service is horrible, food is soooo incorrect(didn't have WINGS to start, ordered an extra toast (didn't get it), extra ketchup (got NONE), gave my husband no sauce on hisboneless wings and by my picture you can see- I clearly got all the sauce in the restaurant... I had to remove my tenders that Iordered with sweet and spicy sauce (no Zax... got no Zax OR NO SWEET AND SPICY) Zaxbys isn't cheap.... what a disappointmentafter spending all night in the ER, I would've rather went home and cooked. I don't usually bother with fat food reviews but$25and everything was wrong and kids playing in the drive thru.... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I placed an order online for a wings & things & fried pickles. I placed the order at 11:53AM, received a confirmation email... stating it would be ready at 12:04PM, and arrived around 12:20 to pick up my order. After waiting over 10 minutes for thecashier to tend to 3 people, I advised I was getting my online order. She handed me the order and my fried pickles were not inthe bag. I told her I was missing my item & asked if she would mind having my fries remade as well as they were barely warm (myown fault for showing up late) and would be cold by the time the fried pickles were done. She told the manager who then took theorder, threw it in the trash, and said the whole order would need to be remade. I took a seat and waited over another 15 minutesfor my order to be remade. At 12:47, I went to the counter and requested a refund. They then presented me with the friedpickles... and nothing else. I asked about my meal and they said I would have to wait for them to make it. I said, "No, I'vealready been here more than 30 minutes. I put in an online order to avoid a wait and I've been waiting. This is the second timeyall have not made my food correctly. I am not waiting anymore". Both the cashier and the manager had attitudes about my notwanting to wait. I was advised to go online for a refund as they can't refund online orders in store. I have submitted 3REQUESTS and have yet to even here back and their corporate number does not work. This service from this location and thiscompany as a whole are horrible. I still have not gotten my money back and when I called today, I spoke with a polite femalemanager who advised me to dispute the transaction through my bank. This is absolutely absurd. I was so disappointed in the service from this location today. The shift manger Zack with the gold dreads attitude was... horrible. I completely understand the fast food industry and how frustrating it can be, but baby he made me feel like I wastrying to to get over on them about their mess up. Last week this location messed up our school order. At the time we calledand spoke with the Store Manager Jahjontae. He was so nice and assured us that we could come back to get the order again. Heeven went as far to say that they were training new people on top of being short staffed. Cool, no problem we understand. Wedefinitely appreciated the great customer service. We actually called back to see if we could come the following week becausewe were going to be on break due to the Labor Day Holiday. Again, he was nice and reassured us that it was okay and that it wasno worries because he actually put our name in the book. So of course nothing is as simple as that huh. You guys definitely needto work on clear and concise customer service skills when dealing with customers across the board. Zack told me things thatJahjontae didn't tell us. So at that point I'm confused and just need some type of understanding on how it's supposed to bedone. Zack did not care about any of that lol. Smiling and showing some type of empathy towards the customer goes a long way. So today I give this Mt. Zion location 1 star for that horrible customer service. Read more

I was there to pick up an order for delivery on a delivery app. Normally there's a very short wait, and several people will be... working the front counter. But this last trip that I made today this was not the case. I waited almost 15 minutes before I wasable to get the order and then had to get the drink. I never give more than a 4-star review for any restaurant I picked uporders in unless I've eaten there myself, so I've never eaten at this particular Zaxby's, so a 4-star would have been the most Iwould have given them but this snafu today cause them to get a 3 star review. Many businesses tend to forget that the customerwe're there to pick up the order for is their customer, and that customer's food needs to be fixed in the order it come in, notthe people that came in after we arrived to pick it up. And I listen to one guy give his order and watch him get his food and itwas still another 5 to 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged let alone got the food for the customer I was there to pick upfor. If i could give their service no stars i would! The cashier need another week of training she is slow af and her attention span... is at an age of a 1 yr old child it makes so sense at all why i waited 25 minutes for a kids grilled cheese meal.. on top ofthat she had her back towards all of us standing there waiting to order while she filled up something that could of waited shethen took 10 mins to bag my order up Read more

I have never waited 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant. And thank nice you pull up, You?re trapped because a bunch of bushes,... etc are on your right. I am certain they do this on purpose. The wait was FOREVER. Not just for me, but the 3 people in front ofme. I have never waited this long ?AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG. Who is managing this place?!? Read more

It's much easier for those of us who do delivery pickups to do so when the drinks are already made my understanding is the... contract that all the different platforms have with a different restaurant is that the orders will be ready for the people whoare delivering which means the drinks will be made. The store employees know those drink machines inside and out what takes adriver 5 minutes to do they can do in 30 seconds simply because we don't know how the machines work. So although I usually getthe food pretty quickly at this Zaxby's today was the first time I ever had to get the drinks and it took me over 5 minutes toget three drinks just simply because I'm not accustomed to have that machine works which held up my order another 5 minuteswhile the food sat there and got cold then I had to put it in a drink holder and put the drink holder down in a bag so itwouldn't spill and would be easier to handle oh yeah great is being prepared and ready to go with the drink with the orderswould be fantastic and I know I speak for a lot of other drivers because there's some that would not have taken the orderbecause the drinks weren't made. So that caused me to drop my four star rating for this store to three. Read more

Apparently this location was having problems with their speaker or ordering area so they sent a lady out to take orders. She was... a complete joy! But, when I got to the window to pick up our food the woman at the window barely put her hand out the window forme to be able to retrieve our food. I know she didn't have an issue with her arm because I saw her reach out and make sure theother people in their vehicles didn't have to do what I was being forced to do. And, despite the fact that I just spent $25.00on food for 2 people I couldn't get a cup of ice without being charged or have them add ice to my cup?? I had to park and go into add ice to my cup. What is going on with your location?? 2 years ago this was a great location. We stopped coming to thislocation because of how much it had gone down hill. We decided to give it another try today.
