I went to this place last night at 945 p.m. My order was ALL WRONG!! Tried to call back last night.. no answer. Woke up this... morning and tried to call to get my order fixed. I waited for over 20 minutes for my order That I placed at 4 PM and did not receive until 4:21 PM. The restaurant was slow... dining room empty. Behind the counter seemed no sense of urgency to take or complete orders. As I had been standing in thatZaxby's restaurant for quite a while I was ready to leave. I checked my food upon stopping for gas and found my Loaded cheesefries with chicken and ranch contained No cheese, no bacon, or anything else. I live 25 minutes away from this Zaxby's and didnot intend to return to exchange or correct this order. During my long drive home I called that store numerous times in hopes ofspeaking with a manager. Unfortunately, the phone rang and rang until it finally hung up; it did this for 25 minutes my entiredrive home. I called about 4 or 5 times and was never able to get through to anyone. This is unacceptable. I have used their appfor a few years since it came out and have made many orders through their website and have been a patron of zaxby's for 20years. Going on 20 minutes in the drive through, as the lobby is closed. Order placed a while ago at the speaker, and as the car in... front of us drove away from the window, we were told to wait before pulling up. This is the worst Zaxby?s I have ever been at!!!! The customer service was okay and the food was disgusting. Unseasoned food is... one thing but everything was unseasoned AND HORRIBLE. The chicken and fries had a strange taste to it.... like it was extremelyold... I ate a little more hoping the taste would go away but it didn?t.... had to buy other food for dinner. I love the food at this place, don't get me wrong. But one time I didn't really like the wings. They are not bad, but it brought... my 5 stars to a four. But now it is a three because of how long you have to wait. Still 100% recommend this place if you are achicken wing fan. Read more

I?m so glad that the time has finally come to a end I?ve been wanting to post this review for the longest. Starters. They don?t... pay base on experience they pay what they want. The managers here have absolutely NO respect for their employees. Manager Tamerais disrespectful to employees, talk to them as if we are her kids and probably don?t even talk to her kids that way. If you arelate for work she threatens you with your job. They say we don?t get free for but yet they give any of their family members freefood. Tam makes you all food with bare hands.
