Worst service weve ever had. After ordering as pulling away was told they were out of onion rings. Never said anything about it... when paying. $25 for 2 people ti eat lunch, and although ordered a combo, when food was FINALLY brought out 12 minutes laterafter being told to pull up, no fries to replace rings in combo order. Also got a crushed lid on 1 of the drinks, which spilledbecause lid would not stay on. . Very poor service and communication. Waste of money.. Read more

Always a hit and miss. Today a miss for sure. And still have to pull up every time when I'm the only one in the drive thru..... makes zero sense. Read more

Food was ok but our cashier in the Jonesboro, LA store was exceptional. She really went out of her way to make our visit... enjoyable. I wish I had gotten her name. She was awesome. Read more

In all fairness, we arrived about 15 mins b4 menu change from breakfast to lunch. Service was extremely slow to place order.... However, cook did make fresh eggs for our sandwiches. After they were done, it took awhile for them to be put in bag and handedto us. Floors were beyond slick and it took an honest effort not to slip down on the way to a table. If i could id give it zero stars. Takes to long on getting your food out to you and it doesn't make a diffrence if the line is... long or not always takes forever. The person who took my order seems to not care how she treats customers, super rude and seemsto not like her job. Will not go back. Read more

Waited at drive thru had to honk horn, almost just left because no one would answer. It wasn't busy at all. 2 other vehicles... just left that were waiting after I placed my order. Cashier was talking to someone over the counter. Drive thru window wasopen, manager was eating something at the register area. When the person that took my order was high as a kite and couldn't getmy order straight. I ordered a large 8pc cheese sticks. I blew the horn and asked for a refund and cashier finally came to thewindow and told me I didn't need a refund and asked what I ordered again. She said don't worry I'm going to go drop the myself.I never seen her again. I could hear yelling and that was going on when the young man came out to get me my order. He seemed soembarrassed and just squeezed my hand and apologized it took so long and was very polite and told me to have a blessed day. Ifelt so bad for him. I later called and reported it to complaint debt at burger King. Read more
