Staffs lack basic customer service etiquette.

sandwiches were nice, but they were out of every selection of bread except for two. it?s fine though. the ladies working there... were giving us weird looks as if we were crazy, were very slow, and kept asking what we wanted despite us repeating up to 3times. i also got lettuce on my sandwich but i didn?t ask for it. won?t be returning. We just stopped there for fuel and to buy subs for lunch. We have been traveling north for two days now. My friend Katie forgot... her mask in the car, and she came in to order her sub from the young man at the subway counter. He was rude and throwing things.Being a special needs teacher, she politely asked him if he was ok. He then began to be extremely rude. Dave and I witnessedmost of the exchange. He the used a foul word as we decided to just leave. Apparently there is a small notice among a bunch ofother papers of small print on the door which none of us saw. Worst subway I have ever gone. They give so less portions of veggies. I used my card to pay and it asked for pin and I told the... lady at counter that I dont have a pin . Normally if this happens at other stores cashier do something at the screen and itaccepts. The lady told me that enter last four of your social. I told her it's not linked to my social, it's a corporate card.Then she said all corporate cards are linked to social. I told her mine is not. But she still suggested to use it. And then itdeclined the pin. Then she tells me rudely then you have to use a different card our machine wont accept it. I cant imagine whydo people tell something which they are not aware of. She could have told me that their machine won't be able to accept thiscard once it happened. Please don't try to tell people something which you dont know and which others know very well. This is the worst subway restaurant I've ever seen. Employees can't understand you nor you them. Meat and vegetables are... minimally put on subs- about half the normal for the chain. Best bet is to eat somewhere else around here. Read more
Everytime I go, flys are always trapped in the cases. Nobody understands what they are saying to you, it frustrates me. All the... employees are outside smoking 24/7. My bread is soggy and the mayo tastes old and sour. I'm never going again. Read more
