My husband and I were leaving Lago Vista and placed an order for a medium pizza, to be picked up at the store in Jonestown. We... arrived and there was a huge storm with hail. We pulled to the window and according to the mobile tracker the pizza was beingprepared. The young man at the window let us know and told us to just wait. This wasn?t a big deal because we knew we wereearly. While sitting there we watched a lady get in her car to make a delivery. We both commented that it was terrible that shewas getting out in the storm. We were still sitting there when she got back from her delivery and that?s when things went fromchill to bad in a matter of seconds. She approached us very hostile and asked the name on the order. She then told us that theorder was just put in the oven and that it would be another 25 min. We were very puzzled since the young man had already come tothe window 10 min prior to tell us the same thing. She then insisted that we move because we couldn?t just sit there. At thispoint we had already been waiting 35 min. We obliged and drove around the parking lot? at 40 min we drove back to the window andshe told us that she couldn?t find our order. At this point we had already began to place another order to be delivered from ourusual store. We eventually got our medium pizza an hour later. This one individual made our chill experience one filled withhostility. She truly made us feel like we inconvenienced her with our order. Read more
I placed an order online today 5/12/22 at 8:51pm and when I arrived to the store one of my two Philly cheese steak sandwiches... fell out of the oven and fell on the floor that happened right in-front of my eyes and the employee named chad did not evenoffer me an apology he just said he needed to make another one . Anyways I waited there at the store for another 15 mins andnobody was watching the oven , and if it wasn?t because I yelled at them and told them my second sandwich was about to fallanother ?accident? would have happened ?? worst employees ever and worst guest service!!! They need to put more attention onwhat they?re doing ? I am pretty sure that if I had not witnessed when my sandwich fell on the floor , they would have boxed itright from the floor and hand it to me!! I have lived here in Lago Vista longer than Domino's opened. Michelle used to be a part of my pharmacy team at CVS when they... opened. Something recently has gone wrong and I want to call back about this. One night I ordered off of our saved menu a pizzaand they gave us the wrong Pizza and then I called back 30 minutes after they delivered the wrong Pizza and said could youplease deliver the right pizza and they said we have no history on you it's all been wiped out. So today I called at 3:00 andordered the specific Pizza that we want that we always eat at 3:10 and I told them my husband will be there at 3:45 and myhusband was standing next to me when I said this and he got there at 3:45 and they said your wife told us 4:45 so he is still atDomino's waiting and now it's 4:15 and they said I said 4:45 Read more
Different than before. Very sad to see this franchise turn out like others previously serving this area. I liked the friendly... guy that used to take the orders and the good pizza. Oh well, it's Jonestown... why would we expect consistency. Oh and you justcan't order pizza now unless you spend $20. Don't understand at a ranch dressing ro get to $20 based on a $17 pizza. I alwaystip over 20%, and still did, but it cut into the delivery drivers tip which isn't fair. Humm... is it the new management? Read more
Every time I order from here, something is messed up. I normally just eat my meal and don't complain but last night I ordered... the specialty chicken and got half an order. For now on I will drive to another town to get pizza. Update: Went in tonight andordered a medium pizza that I had coming to me. Talked to the manager Hannah, she was really nice and helped me with my orderand the pizza is amazing. Keep up the good work. Read more
New management and new pizza ???? great this time around! Fast delivery time compared to when I ordered a few months back. Got... good customer service and good food. Also that one review with the "not hand toss crust lady" bruh i order thin pizza ans itslike a cracker. The person who made her pizza probably made it thinner. The thing crust they have doesnt look like that ITDOESNT HAVE A CRUST.... The RIGHT thing to have done was offer to remake it. But oh well. Read more
