The employees are so friendly. And they are trying really hard to make he past mistakes better. Give them another chance.. If... you want your food good at any fast food restaurant, when you order your food tell them to please make it to order. Then theyhave to make it all fresh just for you.. Read more

I have ate there more times than I can count. Its never been consistent but I've noticed its been worse than usual within the... last year or so. Its to a point I dont even wanna eat there anymore. The time it takes to get your food then the time it takesto call back and have your order corrected is frustrating. Especially when you have multiple meals incorrect. You ask for waterthey bring you ice. You order your kids meals and they never get their toys you you tell them what you don't want and they dontlisten you etc. You try to correct order and they either bring you wrong thing again or.forget to bring everything at once whichmeans you have to call back again. The screen at the stall didn't work, but there was a sign that said we could still order there. When we pushed the button, the... speaker was EXTREMELY quiet and we had to have them repeat what they said. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times, andapparently they couldn't hear us either because our order wasn't correct when they brought it out. We asked for a second orderfor the things that were missed, talking face-to-face with a worker. But that order came back missing items that were orderedas well. After 45min we gave up and just dealt with missing sides and condiments. The servers were polite enough, but weshouldn't have to order multiple times and then STILL miss part of our order. The service is hit & miss- sometimes you kid a kid who's excited & may not know what they're doing, or you get a jerk who tries... to tell you that you can't order something on the menu because they don't want to be working there, lol. Stopped in for a nice ice cream treat while traveling. Fast service. Convenient paying with card at my window. Stopped at one in... neighboring town.... Left. Way to long wait and never got to order. Read more
